Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé
Currently, Chateau Miraval is the summer residence of Angelina Jolie, who dedicates the place to the arts/music, cinema, theater and wine production. Since 2012, a partnership has been established with the Perrin Family, which is responsible for viticulture, winemaking and wine distribution. One of the main wine producing families in France, the Perrins are experienced in producing classy wines. On the property, vines are grown on terraces and production is 100% organic, without the use of herbicides, pesticides or chemicals that could affect the evolution of the fruit and wine.
A pale pink wine. Its aromas show a fantastic bouquet with delicate aromas of white fruits, freshly picked strawberries and floral notes. The palate is complete with notes of raspberry and wild strawberry, citrus fruits and wet stone flavors. It has a refreshing acidity thanks to the altitude of the vineyards and a long vibrant finish.

"Le Clos" Château-Fuissé, is a legendary terrain that surrounds the Château de Fuissé. The succession of its clay-limestone strata gives it a geological peculiarity. Joseph Drouhin Chablis Premier Cru White
Manual vinification, pressing very slowly to respect the fruit. Aging in stainless steel for 7-8 months. Throughout the aging process, decisions are made only after careful evaluation of taste. The data obtained are supplemented by technical analysis. As with all other Joseph Drouhin wines, the absolute priority is given to the true expression of terroir and character of the vintage. A dry and lively wine, typical of Chablis. Bright yellow-green color with green reflections. In the nose, complex aromas and minerals resemble lemon and white flower along with vegetable notes such as asparagus or artichokes and marine notes. In the mouth, the first impression is clear and crisp, with a long finish, with fruity and mineral flavors, with a slight honey aroma when the wine is more evolved. Contains Sulfites.
Rock Angel Côtes de Provence Rose
A more complex and structured flavor profile than Whispering Angel bringing it into a more premium realm, giving rosé lovers a bigger, richer wine. Delicate aromas of red fruits with mineral notes, along with floral notes and a subtle spice. Rich and bold on the palate. The use of partial oak aging adds a creamy feel and texture to this wine, and the flint minerality gives it another layer of complexity. Powerful and elegant. Firm acidity with a long, silky finish. Whispering Angel Côtes de Provence Rose
Grapes grown from some of the most choice land in the surrounding region of La Motte en Provence, consisting primarily of Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino. Harvesting at sunrise to noon. The grapes which are used to make Whispering Angel are sorted optically. Destemming and slight crushing at 7-8ºC to avoid oxidation. Both the free run juice and pressed juices are vinified in stainless steel. "Batônnage" is twice weekly. Temperature controlled. Contains sulfites.
Les Clans Côtes de Provence Rose
Grapes are selected from vines that grow from parcels of superior quality. The best quality lots bearing old vines consisting primarily of Grenache, Vermentino and Syrah. Harvesting at sunrise to noon. Optical grape sorting. Destemming and slight crushing at 7-8ºC to avoid oxidation. 90% free run juice. 10% first slight pressing. No maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in new and second year demi-muids (600L Barrels). 10 months burgundian style " Bâtonnage" twice weekly. Individual barrel temperature control. Contains sulfites.
Termes Red
It aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, in contact with its lees. The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and traditionally squeezed, soaked for 25 days, and fermented in stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C. Ruby red color with purple tones, intense notes, sweet and fresh of ripe red fruits, wild flowers, chocolate, caramel, vanilla and red fruits.
