The Espumante Demas Lands Malvasia fino is the result of our passion for quality sparkling wines. With an improved production method we were able to create an award winning sparkling wine with a recognized quality. Of clear appearance and with fine and persistent bubble, the vinification of this product occurs in system of "Open spout" with settling and fermentation at low controlled temperatures. The maturation and aging of this sparkling wine takes place according to a slow evolution, with roundness of fruity peaks after 12 months. Complex aromas occur in the later stage of aging. The Malvasia Fina Demas Lands Sparkling is ideal for accompanying seafood, oysters, fish, poultry and white meats. Contain sulfites.
Messias Milésime Grand Cuvée Bruto White
Classic base wine vinification with temperature control during alcoholic fermentation. Second fermentation in bottle and stage according to the traditional method. Sparkling wine with a light citrus color, with lead tones, inducing greyish chromatic sensations, resulting from the red grape of the Baga variety, which together with Bical and Chardonnay complete the lot. The aroma is still quite young, highlighting fresh notes of lemon-like citrus fruits, surrounded by delicate nuances of bread dough and light toast. In the mouth it is very smooth and with a silky foam. Finishes long and fresh. Contains sulfites.

Total destemming, natural static settling, pressing soft. Alcoholic fermentation at 18 ° C, followed by a second fermentation in a bottle (classic method). Of citrus, defined appearance and persistent bubble. The nose is young, with dry fruits and toasted nuances. In the mouth it is fruity, fresh with a crunchy mousse and good persistence. Total destemming, soft pressing, natural static settling. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Foaming by the classical method. Only 30% of the flower must was used. Minimum of 12 months in basement and 1 month after degorgement. Defined amber color with a very fine and persistent bubble. Aroma of marmalade, red fruit jelly, cassis, sugar cane molasses. In the mouth it is fruity with elegant mousse, moderate freshness and long persistence. Contains sulfites.

Total destemming and pressing. Selection of the grape must and cooling at low temperatures. Fermentation only in stainless steel vats, with temperatures rounding the 16ºC for 3 weeks Traditional method of fermentation in-bottle, in a cool cellar, for 18 months, followed by the degorgement. Slightly salmon colour, aromatic with mineral notes, dried fruit and citrus. Good acidity, fine and delicate bubble and creaminess on the long finish. Goes well with all kinds of salads, white meat, sushi and grilled fish. Contain sulfites.
Ribeiro Santo Bruto White
The Arinto and Bical grapes were totally destemmed and immediately pressed in a pneumatic press. The tear wort was cooled and decanted at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank with a temperature control of about 16ºC, for 3 weeks. It aged only in stainless steel to preserve all the aromas of fresh fruit. The sparkling process followed the traditional bottle fermentation method, which took place in a cool cellar for nine months. Light straw color, aromas of green apple and tropical fruits. It has a citrus citricity, fine and elegant bubble. In the mouth it has good acidity, it is fresh and crunchy. Contains sulfites.

Harvested early with 11.2% probable alcohol and total acidity at 6.5. Light pressing, static decantation for 48 hours at 8ºC, fermentation at 15ºC for 3 weeks. Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second bottle fermentation according to the traditional method. Aged for 48 months in the bottle. Pale copper color. Intense and complex aroma, dry fruits, bread yeast stand out in an austere set. On the palate the blister is fine and abundant with smooth and creamy foam. Reveals freshness and persistence at the end. Contains sulfites.
Hibernus Grande Cuvée Bruto Natural White
Elaborated according to the classic method, with bottle fermentation, just like the world's great sparkling wines. The base wine was partially fermented in oak barrels, which gave rise to a very distinct product. Its minimum stage on lees was 25 months. It is one of the very rare Portuguese sparkling wines, the date of which is shown on the packaging. Contains sulfites.

A rosé exclusively from Pinot Noir, which gives it character, intensity and aromas. Soalheiro Alvarinho Bruto Magnum White
The Alvarinho grapes used in the Winemaking of the Sparkling Soalheiro are selected in the vines with a lower sugar concentration and fresh acidity implanted in soil of granite origin between 100 and 200 meters of altitude. Melgaço, the northernmost region of Portugal, is protected by a series of mountain ranges that allow a perfect marriage between rainfall, temperature and the number of hours of sunshine required to better ripen the grapes of the Alvarinho variety. from the Alvarinho grape variety requires a careful choice of grapes. The wort resulting from this selection ferments the temperature controlled, obtaining the base wine for sparkling wine. This wine suffers, already in bottle, a second fermentation. The permanence in the basement, the low temperature and constant for several months allows this sparkling wine to show all the elegance of the Alvarinho variety. After this stage of fermentation and stage, degorgement is carried out, an operation that allows the elimination of the existing yeasts in the bottle and the replacement of the provisional metal capsule by the definitive stopper typical of the sparkling wine. It presents yellow citrine color, fine and persistent bubble. The aroma reveals the fruit of the Alvarinho variety, denoting a good balance between acidity and alcohol.
