The Espumante Demas Lands Malvasia fino is the result of our passion for quality sparkling wines. With an improved production method we were able to create an award winning sparkling wine with a recognized quality. Of clear appearance and with fine and persistent bubble, the vinification of this product occurs in system of “Open spout” with settling and fermentation at low controlled temperatures. The maturation and aging of this sparkling wine takes place according to a slow evolution, with roundness of fruity peaks after 12 months. Complex aromas occur in the later stage of aging. The Malvasia Fina Demas Lands Sparkling is ideal for accompanying seafood, oysters, fish, poultry and white meats. Contain sulfites.

Laurent-Perrier Brut Rose
The Brut Rosé of the champagne Lauretn-Perrier is the most emblematic wine of the house, developed with the technique of bleeding, that is, letting the grapes naturally give the color and the aromas to the champagne. It has reflections of salmon color and bright and reveals itself fresh, with aromas of strawberry. blackcurrant and raspberry. Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Deluxe Brut Rose
Belle Epoque Rosé has the acidity of the citrus fruits, the sweetness of the flowers, a unique style of multiple sensations. A floral signature, a refined and fruity bouquet of peony and Rosé. Subtle notes of red berries, strawberries and wild raspberries. The power of the fruity and delicate notes of Pinot Noir from the Montagne terreir of Reims is responsible for 50% of the composition, while Pinot Meunier (5%) gives the fragrance of ripe red fruits along with roundness and balance. Luis Pato Baga Bruto Rose
Created in vines planted in clay-limestone soils, with the Baga variety. Vinified from open spout with very light pressing in vacuum press, in order to obtain a yield in must that does not exceed 60%. A fermentation in stainless steel vats follows. As the second fermentation takes place in the serving bottle, the wine stagnates between 3 to 6 months on the sludge before carrying out the necessary operations to finish it. Ideal wine to accompany several menus, among which stands out the roast suckling pig, even if accompanied by orange, since the lack of tannins does not collide with the citrus flavor of the orange. It also harmonizes with fish, seafood and meats roasted in the oven, because it has a high acidity that balances with the flavors of these delicacies. It should be served at about 8 ° C in order not to destroy the aromas of the grape variety. Contains sulfites.
Cartuxa Reserva Bruto White
Base wine produced from rigorously selected grapes harvested in the ideal maturation stage for production of a sparkling wine. Fermentation at controlled temperature, carried out in French oak barrels. Stage sore fine rubs for 6 months with periodic batonnage. Second fermentation in bottle by the classic method, followed by stage on sludge and intermediate batonnages during 5 years, in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery. Contains sulfites.
Billecart- Salmon Blanc de Blancs White
The fine mousse of delicate bubbles elegantly accompanies the reflections of its golden color. The creamy sensation of the bubbles is combined with buttered brioche and mineral aromas.
