Base wine fermentation after storing the must for 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 17-20°C in stainless steel tanks with a cooling jacket. Minimum 10 month aging on the lees. Medium intensity straw yellow color. Dried fruits, particularly walnuts in the basket, originate from the long stage. Full, round and fresh, with good volume. Soft and very well integrated. Contains sulfites.

The fruit has remarkable quality, the fine bubble crumbles in the creamy mouth, the wine shines brightly in freshness, sophistication, class. Only 1,000 magnum bottles of this precious were tasted. Produced from the Baga and Chardonnay varieties. The Chardonnay variety contributes its aromatic complexity and the Berry with the structure and persistence of a blanc de noir. The pre bottling stage and the 52 months south lays harmonized this set which, above all, intends to be a reference not only in sparkling DOC Bairrada but at National level. Pale yellow color, aromatic buttery and toasted notes. In the mouth it is fresh, bulky with an impressive mousse. It finishes fresh and with great persistence. Contains sulfites.

Looking at the sky is the oldest tool in winemaking. Pet Nat Alvarinho is a sparkling wine inspired by the ancestral method, a wine with a natural movement and elegant bubbling. The vinification process, with little intervention, resorts to the end of the first alcoholic fermentation in the bottle, without resorting to dégorgement or the addition of sugars. Innovation has led Soalheiro to wines that in the past seemed unlikely to experiment with the Alvarinho variety. Our Pet Nat confirms the elasticity of the variety and proposes the relaxed discovery of a light and youthful sparkling wine. It is a fresh and light wine, with a soft touch at the end of the mouth, due to a spontaneous fermentation stop.
Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Deluxe Brut Rose
Belle Epoque Rosé has the acidity of the citrus fruits, the sweetness of the flowers, a unique style of multiple sensations. A floral signature, a refined and fruity bouquet of peony and Rosé. Subtle notes of red berries, strawberries and wild raspberries.
