The prolonged aging in the cellar, for more than 4 years, allows it to achieve perfect harmony without the need to add sugar, giving it the distinction of Natural Brut. Aroma fragrant and complex, with notes of compote and red fruit, with slight toast surrounded in vegetable nuances. The very balanced mouth, whether by the fine bubble or the elegant acidity, makes the final set attractive and refined. Contains sulfites.

Vinified according to the traditional method, the second fermentation took place in a bottle with free yeast, and aged on fine lees, in the Quinta de Baixo cellar, for 36 months. Open citrus color, shows a fine and persistent blister. Fresh and complex aroma, with citrus notes expressing the Bairrada terroir. Fresh in the mouth, with a strong acidity and a long finish. A very gastronomic sparkling wine! Contains sulfites.
