Second fermentation in bottle (traditional method) with a minimum aging of 12 months. Pale salmon colour, with a very good aroma, full of elegant fruits, with notes of cherry and raspberry. Very fine on the palate, delicate mousse, dry and fresh. Balanced and bright finish. Contains sulphites.
