The characteristic granitic soils and the influence of the mountains make the Dão a unique terroir for fresh and aromatic wines. This rosé produced with Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Pinheira grapes has good acidity and aromas of strawberries and cherries. Contains sulfites.

It has a crystalline appearance and a citrus color, highlighting the aromas of tropical fruits and exotic fruits. Fruity, fresh, soft and well-balanced flavor. Contains sulfites.

First presses fermented in purity of the grape variety and the second presses fermented in 3rd year alcohol barrels. Bright citrus yellow, intense flowery nose, with notes of tea, bergamot and iodine. Rich full attack, with a touch of iodine and salt. Contains sulfites.

The grapes harvested at the ideal time of maturation were gently pressed in a pneumatic press and the must fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16 ° C. After the alcoholic fermentation, battonage was carried out for 3 months. Citrine yellow color, intense and complex aroma to fruits of white pulp, peel and citrus flower, dry vegetable, still presenting mineral nuances. It is distinguished by its fresh taste, balance, volume and excellent mouth aroma. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes from different plots and varieties pressed together, with whole bunch. Resulting must fermented in used French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels, followed by regular batonnage until the date of bottling. Tartaric and protein stabilization achieved naturally during a prolonged 9-month aging in a barrel. 1800 bottles were produced. Citric and floral aromas, reminiscent of orange blossom and lime. Suggestions of vanilla, spice and beeswax add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, the result of the perfect maturation of the grape during the harvest and the long aging in barrel. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were harvested by hand into small boxes of 20 kg. The composition of the blend varies with the production of each variety in the vineyard. The grapes were cooled at the entrance to the cellar and immediately pressed. The resulting must decanted in low temperature stainless steel tanks and then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks in order to preserve all the natural aromas and flavors of the grapes that give rise to them. The result is a lemon yellow wine, with tropical notes of mango, pineapple and citrus. In the mouth it is balanced, with a lively acidity and a refreshing finish. Contains Sulfites.

Slight color blush that brings to the elegance of the aroma that characterizes it: soft notes of forest fruits like raspberries and blackberries, and floral nuances of great elegance. In the mouth the crunchy acidity typical of the Dão region stands out and gives it freshness. Wine elegant, complex and engaging, with the fruity notes again appearing in the mouth and extending into a long and harmonious end. Contains Sulfites.

Aging and winemaking in stainless steel vats and new French oak barrels. Bright yellow citrus color. Very fresh and aromatic nose, it is intense, complex, full of fresh fruit like pear and melon, and with some citrus notes. In the mouth it is fresh, full of fruit and with minerality, it is complex, tasty and with balanced acidity. It has a long and very fine finish. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest, during the month of September for 25 kg boxes. After a selection of bunches in the vineyard, the berries were chosen by optical sorting at the entrance of the winery, in order to take advantage of only the perfect berries. These were then refrigerated, de-stemmed and pressed in an inert environment. The subsequent cold decantation and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16°C. This single variety has a very elegant profile and citrine color. On the nose, the aromas of stone fruits and flowers stand out. In proof, it shows balanced acidity, fruity taste, finishing in a consistent and delicate way. Contains sulfites.

Color greenish, clear and shiny. Very clean, exotic and intense nose showing all the expressiveness of the breed. Notes of tropical fruit, sliced turf, asparagus, lime and some candied fruit. In the proof it has vibrant and vigorous freshness, balanced by the volume of the fruit. The sense of proof constantly sends us to the nose feeling all the freshness and complexity of the caste with mineral and long finish. Contains Sulfites.

It has an open straw color and a bright, clear appearance. An intense, harmonious wine, it has an amazing flavor and a velvety structure. It has a long, fruity after flavor with notes of passion fruit, white flowers and citrus fruits, with an elegant, persistent after taste. Contains Sulfites.
