Manual harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in 400L barrels for 10 to 15 days. Aging for 16 months in 400L French oak barrels. Yellow color with golden hints, aromas of great aromatic complexity that suggest dried fruits and notes of honey. Complex palate, with a lot of volume in the mouth and a lot of freshness. Contains sulfites.
Natus Red
Collected by hand, they were trodden on foot for 2 days. At the spontaneous start of fermentation, the grapes were pressed and the must kept in clay pots. Aging for 12 months, it was made in centenary barrels of Portuguese oak and chestnut. Complex aroma, red fruit flavor in harmony with vegetable and balsamic notes, translates into a lively and precise acidity in the mouth, with a delicate and elegant texture. Contains sulfites.

Quinta do Piloto Collection Cabernet Sauvignon gives you the taste of the most classic of international grape varieties, which imprints wine, elaborated by the traditional methods of the Quinta and by ancient knowledge, mineral and vegetable notes, making it unique, soft and balanced. Its fermentation took place in mills with temperature control and automatic treading. It aged for about 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Dark ruby color, aromas of green pepper and minerals. Soft, round and balanced. Contains sulfites.

This wine was created from grapes from a small vineyard called malhada Alta, near Lau, belonging to the Cardoso family for many years. It comes from the three vineyards located Gouveia and Seia. It was vinified in stainless steel tanks, with soft extractions. It aged for 12 months in used oak barrels of 225 liters. This Lot 3 seeks to be an old Dão with a modern approach. It has a lightly laden color, is little alcoholic, fresh and easy to drink like the wines of the past but has the aromatic beauty, the intensity of fruit in the mouth and the balance provided by the current viticulture and winemaking. Contains Sulfites.
Niepoort Redoma Rose
Careful selection where they were pressed quickly at a low temperature, to avoid oxidation and a large extraction of color. The must fermented in new French oak barrels for approximately 2 months, followed by aging in stainless steel for 7 months. With a light and bright salmon hue, Redoma Rosé has an austere aroma, with aromas of dried flowers, red fruits and a slightly smoky profile. It has a slightly reduced aroma, is vibrant, highly gastronomic and will grow in the bottle. It is fresh in the mouth, with presence and some volume. The fresh fruit and mineral notes are in complete harmony, providing a very long and delicate aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
