Quinta do Piloto Collection Cabernet Sauvignon gives you the taste of the most classic of international grape varieties, which imprints wine, elaborated by the traditional methods of the Quinta and by ancient knowledge, mineral and vegetable notes, making it unique, soft and balanced. Its fermentation took place in mills with temperature control and automatic treading. It aged for about 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Dark ruby color, aromas of green pepper and minerals. Soft, round and balanced. Contains sulfites.

Fermentation in stinaless steel tanks with controlled temperature and prolonged skin maceration. Stage of 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Pomegranate/ ruby colored wine, concentrated. Aroma confit to remember very ripe black fruit, some pepper and spice, with balsamic touch of the caste. In the mouth it is very full, velvety with very well integrated tannins. Long, pleasant and persistent finish.

Dona Ermelinda Reserva Red
Wine with garnet color almost opaque, with aromas to remember black fruits, spices and smoke, with some compote due to the great maturation reached. In the mouth is a dense, full wine, with great structure, tannins present but integrated and soft. Persistent and very pleasant long finish. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature followed by prolonged skin maceration of 20 days. Stage of 12 months in French oak barrels followed by 8 months in bottle. Contains Sulfites.
