Giz Curtimenta White, a wine that authentically expresses, without masks, the limestone lands from which it comes. Artisanal winemaking in a press, using indigenous Bairrada grape varieties, with skin contact throughout the fermentation process and aging in used barrels for 10 months. Only 1386 bottles produced. Contains sulfites.
Campolargo Pinot Blanc White
Pale yellow color, clear and bright appearance. Light, fresh, elegant and fine aroma. Notes of dried vegetables and white flowers based on discreet hints of exotic and mineral fruit. In the mouth it maintains the delicacy, with sensations of lemonade, slightly sweet fruit and animated by an excellent acid freshness.

The grapes, on granite soils and under a certified integrated protection regime, are picked between 3 and 4 am, direct press, without sulphites until the end of fermentation, decantation after 12 hours and fermentation, indigenous part in 50% in old barrels, and controlled 50% in stainless steel. 12 months aging on primary lees without battonage. Yellow-citrine color, intense fresh nose, citrus notes, almost pineapple, but subtle. Very fine tense attack, good texture, excellent persistence and freshness .

Grapes produced in organic production in vineyards planted on the Beira Interior plateau, at an average altitude of 700 meters, with granite soils. Grapes harvested by hand, reception with total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation for 7 days with gentle maceration. Stage in stainless steel vats. Wine with a very fresh aroma, mineral notes and wild fruits, long and elegant finish with present tannins. Contains sulfites.
Castello D’Alba Superior Red
Reception with immediate destemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats of 18 tons of capacity, with tanning at about 26ºC. Intense and prolonged macerations and partial malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging for 10 months in new and used French oak barrels. The stage begins to obtain a wine of great aromatic elegance, where the aromas of the Douro are not masked by the excess of barrel notes. Very soft and ripe tannins, fresh and aromatic, very elegant, with an unusually long finish. Contains sulfites.
Alameda de Santar Parcelas White
Grapes harvested by hand. The grape is received in the press and the tear must, collected from an open spout, ferments in stainless steel at around 16ºC. After 4 months in vats on fine lees, with light batonnage, the wine is bottled and subjected to a new stage of at least 3 months in bottle until it reaches the market. The color is citrine yellow, very bright. It has an intense and precise nose, reminiscent of orchard flowering, light pollination notes and an orange citrus. It evolves in the mouth towards green fruit, like the apple, but in the end the citruses of lemon predominate. Contains sulfites.
Coelheiros Red
Fermented by indigenous yeasts, thus allowing a better expression of the vines and soils. Aged for one year in used barrels. Coelheiros red reveals the vigorous character provided by Alicante Bouschet and the silky texture and density of the mouth provided by Touriga Nacional. In the nose, the aroma of red fruits predominates with slight hints of smoke and spices. On the palate it shows density and richness, it is balanced with good acidity and fine tannins. The finish is long and persistent. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were harvested, after a rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the cellar. Subsequently pressed with the whole bunch, at low pressure. The must fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for 4 months. With a defined citrus color, it has a young aroma. Good mineral character, which gives it freshness, together with citrus and tropical notes. Vibrant in the mouth, voluminous, with a natural acidity that makes it a fresh and appealing wine. Medium and fruity finish. Contains sulfites.
