After a partial destemming and slight crushing, they go to the press where there is a slight contact between the skins and the must. Soft pressing and fermentation at medium/high temperatures in stainless steel vats. Finished fermentation in French oak barrels of 300 liters. Aged in barrels with total lees, with batonage, for 6 months. Vineyards with an average age of 35 years. Straw color, very complex and deep aroma. A lot of minerality with a light smoke, reveals citrus and fresh notes. Elegant and balanced palate, aromatic, with good volume and a very fresh and mineral finish. Contains sulfites.

Tangente Red

Made from carefully selected and hand-harvested grapes from the Aragonês, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah varieties. Vinified in lagares by the traditional process of complete tanning, with submersion of manta and fermentation temperatures of 22ºC. 48 hours cold maceration. Delastage and reassembly with aeration. Partial aging in 225 Lt. French and American oak barrels. Ruby color with violet hints, aroma of ripe red fruits, with hints of vanilla, balanced and well integrated with the wood. Some sweet or macerated black fruit notes. Jam, plum and some spice. In the mouth it is velvety, round and smooth, rich and “greedy”. Very nice set, intense, but balanced. With a good tannin structure although smooth and balanced acidity. Contains sulfites.
