Manual harvesting for 15kg boxes. Total de-stemming with slight crushing after selecting the grapes on the sorting mat. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel mills at controlled temperatures. Aged for 23 months in used French oak barrels and 1 and a half years in bottle. Notes of black and red fruit well integrated with notes of spice and slightly smoked barrel. in the mouth it has delicate tannins, good volume and very present acidity, which makes it simultaneously powerful and elegant.

Deep ruby color. Very dense but at the same time balanced. Notes of fig, black fruits and some spices. Very elegant and fresh in the mouth. The balance between fruit and tannins is perfect. A Port of great structure and concentration, revealing depth, rusticity, but at the same time a lot of elegance, ending with a long and persistent aftertaste.
Torre de Palma Alicante Bouschet Tinta Miúda Red
Manual harvest of 50% Alicante Bouschet and 50% Tinta Miúda (Graciano). After destemming, the grapes go to marble vats where alcoholic fermentation takes place and traditional foot treading is carried out followed by an 18-month aging period in second-year French oak barrels. Deep Ruby color. Very complex aroma, notes of red fruits in jam, aniseed and spices. In the mouth, it is very voluminous, creamy, with firm tannins and an elegant and long finish.

Saborinho, also known as Tinta Negra or Molar de Colares, is one of the traditional red varieties from the Azores islands that almost disappeared from the vineyards. Sabor(Z)inho has a good texture, elegance and good acidity. A fresh, open-coloured, iodized, saline, complex red with the flavor of something that could only have been born in the sea.
Portal Vintage 2019 Ruby
Manual harvest transported in boxes. Maceration in a stainless steel vat and vat at a temperature of approximately 28-30ºC. Stage 1 year in cask, and bottling in the second year. The vast majority of grapes come from the Pinhão River Valley, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz withstand the heat of summer very well. These were joined by grapes from other Douro valleys, which translates into a classic blend of the region. Fermentation took place in a mixture of closed vats to guarantee freshness and aromatic components, as well as an open vat (lagar) to guarantee greater complexity and structure.
