Quinta Seara D’Ordens Talentvs Altitude Red
The grapes are harvested from the oldest vineyards at the Quinta which is 550 meters above sea level, facing north, with a mixture of various traditional Douro grape varieties. Fermentation started in a mill with foot treading and ended malolactic fermentation in used 500-liter barrels, where it aged for 19 months. This wine proves to be an intense fruit, with spices and a lot of "finesse". It is a very complex wine, but even cool and elegant weather. Contains sulfites.
Quinta Seara D’Ordens Talentvs Altitude White
The grapes are harvested from the oldest vineyards of the Quinta "at altitude" with a mixture of several traditional Douro varieties. Fermentation started in a press with foot treading and ended in used barrels, where it aged for 16 months with battonage on the lees. This tanning is dominated by the yellow tones in the mouth and reveals a sensation of fat, velvety and persistent tannins. It is quite complex, fresh, mineral and full of character. Contains sulfites.

Grapes harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes, then placed in stainless steel vats with full bunch, where they are fermented with native yeast and minimal intervention. Aging for 18 months in stainless steel vat. Legitimate uses the normal Douro grape varieties, but seeks the same seductive appeal that the Bastard offers, a spicy and greedy lightness that makes it soft, fresh and appetizing. Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging 11 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage and 6 months in bottle. It is a wine of extraordinary rarity, with incredible precision and definition, an expectation of longevity of 25 or more years, and immediately established itself as a cult white wine.
