CARM Natural SO2 Free White is a distinct choice for wine lovers, vinified at Quinta das Marvalhas, in Almendra, a privileged region of the Douro Superior. This wine is born from the careful selection of grapes from the Gouveio, Rabigato and Moscatel Galego Branco varieties, without the addition of sulfur dioxide, guaranteeing an authentic and natural experience.
Vinification is carried out under an inert atmosphere and using the most modern temperature control technologies. After rigorous selection, only bunches in perfect condition are vinified, undergoing total stemming and gentle crushing. Pneumatic pressing under an inert atmosphere and meticulous clarification of the must are just some of the steps carefully managed to preserve the freshness and unique aromatic intensity of this wine.
CARM Natural SO2 Free White stands out for its freshness and balanced natural acidity, with a great aromatic intensity that reflects the special winemaking method. Ideal to be served between 9 and 11ºC, it is the perfect choice for connoisseurs who value the purity and genuine expression of the Douro Superior terroir.
Maritávora Reserve Biologic White
Made with grapes from vineyards aged between 4 and 50 years, from the Códega do Larinho, Rabigato and Viosinho varieties, among others. Partially fermented in new French oak barrels, with 3 months of battonage, having aged 7 months in barrel. The other part was fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.

The Cerceal variety rarely used in mono-varieties, as it is not considered sufficiently complete for this purpose, challenged the younger brother and winemaker Rudolfo Miranda.
