After fermentation, it aged for 6 months in new medium toasted French oak barrels. Intense ruby color, with deep and complex aromas, with red fruits, balsamic notes and dry tobacco leaf. In the mouth the omnipresent tannins are surprising, with their excellent integration in the acidity of the wine. Ends long and complex. Contains sulfites.
TERRENUS Reserva Vinhas Velhas Red
Manual harvesting, fermentation in wineries and oak vats. Prolonged 4-week maceration and malolactic fermentation in barrels. Stage of 20 months in barrels of Allier French Oak and 14 months in bottle. It has a dark garnet color, very intense and complex aroma, black fruit notes, balsamic and spicy aromas of the barrel. Palate with good structure, ripe and smooth tannins, good freshness, long persistence. Contains Sulfites.
Pedra Cancela Touriga Nacional Red
Total destemming, fermentation with some maceration in typical granite lagar, with temperature control at 24º C. Stage for 12 months in new and second use French oak barrels, 2 months in stage cellar. Forest fruits with an interesting exotic mineral touch. Fresh wine, mineral, fruits of the forest, with good balance. Pleasant, fresh feeling. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Perdigão Alfrocheiro Red
Color of ruby. Intense aroma of black cherry, blackberry, plum, marmalade, rosemary, balsamic notes, black pepper, Mediterranean woodwind and Dutch pipe tobacco. The taste is sensual and of great elegance ... it is passionate! Decant and serve at 16º c, alone, accompanying entrees, cod and other fish dishes, mushrooms from the forest, white meats, wild fruit desserts, coffee and chocolate. Contains Sulfites.

Dense red ruby color with purple meniscus. A very intense aroma, with aromas of red fruit and black fruit and notes of spices and mocha. Notes of red and black fruit, good acidity, structure and great complexity. Tannins abundant, very fine, creamy palate from the fermentation in barrel. A steel handle on a velvet glove. Vinification and aging for 12 months: 30% in barrels (new) and 70% in stainless steel tanks with thermal regulation. then assembly, reproduction continues in fine lees for 6 months (approximately) - The wine is then bottled after a very light filtration, stored in our conditioned cellar prior to commercialization. Good mineral. Citrus finish and very persistent. Very clear with green reflections. Aromas of great fineness evolving with citric notes, white fruits and flowers.
