Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26 ° C. 9 months in French oak barrels and 2 months in bottle. Contains Sulfites.

The sparkling Vértice Gouveio, is elaborated rigorously according to the classic method, from a selection of grapes of the Gouveio grape variety, traditionally planted on the fresh and high slopes of the Alto Douro. A sparkling wine vinified with the "Pinot Noir" variety of excellence. This Rosé nectar results from the care and rigor characteristic of Murganheira, associated to the most modern techniques applied in obtaining large "Cuvées". São Domingos Baga Bruto White
Elegant aroma, dominated by floral and mineral notes involved in a light toast. The very fine bubble and the delicate mousse give this sparkling wine a lot of creaminess, revealing a delicate and distinct finish. A "blanc de noir" from the Baga variety born and raised in Bairrada. Another challenge with the São Domingos style and a variety of unique taste that is intended to inspire new directions. Hand-picked grapes and the usual rigor of bottle fermentation lead us to believe that this is a case of success. Contains sulfites.
Conde d’ERVIDEIRA Vinho da Água Red
Selection of the best lots of grapes. vinified caste by caste. The Aragonez is fermented in "vinimatics", while the remaining varieties ferment in mills equipped with mechanical step robot. The process proceeds at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. Thanks to submergence gained body, youth and structure, becoming more aromatic, with a more violaceous and without oxidation. Marquês de Marialva Arinto Grande Reserva White
Total destemming, natural static defecation. 50% of the batch was fermented in new French oak barrels, the rest in stainless stell. Complex with an extraordinary volume of mouth, unctuous and with long persistence. Jellies of white pulp fruits, exotic fruits. Intense notes of oatmeal, vanilla, toasted cereal and soft caramel. Quinta da Bacalhôa Magnum Red
Maintaining its classic style, Quinta da Bacalhôa 2014 presents aromas of well-preserved red fruits combined with nuances of wood and spices. In the mouth the sensations of red fruit are enhanced and combined with soft but present tannins, it has a fresh finish, something mineral, elegant and very complex.

Herdade do Peso Colheita White
Yellow color with greenish tones very attractive. On the nose, the aroma of citric flowers, white plum and some peach stands out. In the mouth it has a smooth attack, with volume, the acidity present guarantees a long and fresh finish and the very subtle barrel increases the complexity of the wine. Contains Sulfites.
Júlio B. Bastos Alicante Bouschet Red
This wine is a tribute to my father, Julio Bastos. It is a wine that results from the selection of the best grapes from the old vineyards of Alicante Bouschet, which were trodden in marble wineries and vinified with controlled temperatures. The stage is made in new French oak barrels for 14 months. The wine has an opaque and violaceous ruby color, with pure aromas of china ink, liquorice, notes of wild and balsamic fruits. In the mouth it is very broad, dense and silky, with ripe and round tannins. Contains Sulfites.
