Fresh, light and very precise, with an intense mineral component and an end full of energy, with good citrus notes. A wine that gives pleasure to drink again to feel all the energy, but that will have a long and healthy life in the cellar. Contains sulfites.

The summer was hot, but Estremoz kept the great thermal amplitudes that are so characteristic and that are fundamental for the plant to achieve slow ripeness so as to obtain grapes with an exemplary balance between alcohol and acidity. If we also add details such as the proximity of the winery to the vineyards, the soft presses, the low fermentation temperatures and the stage in French oak barrels, we have been able to make the most of a caste by itself.
