The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The must undergoes maceration for 12 to 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 10 months and further refined in the bottle. Bright ruby red color, intense and persistent bouquet with notes of wild fruits that combine well with the aromas released by the wood of the barrels. Tasty and full-bodied, it highlights the exceptional persistence of the bouquet. Contains sulfites.
Terras de Lava Red
The grape must was fermented with the skin to extract more color and tannin. Temperatures were controlled so that the fruity aroma was preserved. A small percentage of oak was used to complement and give structure. Light ruby color. Aroma of red fruits, wild berries involved with notes of volcanic sulfur and slight vanilla. In the mouth it is very elegant and smooth with a medium body. It ends with a pleasant and persistent salty taste. Contains sulfites.

Mechanical harvest at night. De-stem and light crushing, followed by thermal shock to 16ºC through a mass exchanger. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48h. Beyra Biológico Red
Grapes produced in organic production in vineyards planted on the Beira Interior plateau, at an average altitude of 700 meters, with granite soils. Grapes harvested by hand, reception with total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation for 7 days with gentle maceration. Stage in stainless steel vats. Wine with a very fresh aroma, mineral notes and wild fruits, long and elegant finish with present tannins. Contains sulfites.
Quinta das Bágeiras Fogueira Rose
The must was fermented in new barrels and aged in stainless steel vats for 5 months. It presents aromas and flavors of red fruit, spices and minerality. A rosé with an austere, full-bodied and elegant character. The almost sharp acidity balances the weight of the alcohol and sends it to the table. Contains sulfites.
Pio Cesare Barbera d’Alba Red
Originating from the family-owned wineries in Serralunga d'Alba (Ornato and Colombaro), Sinio (Val di Croce), Diano d'Alba and Treiso (Bongiovanni) and since the 2015 harvest from the recently acquired Monforte d'Alba (Mosconi) .Vinificado in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 20-25 days. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months and in small barrels. Barbera grapes from the Barolo and Barbaresco regions give our Barbera Clássico a great structure peculiar, full body, complexity, good character, ripe fruit, spices and a long life. Planted in clayey-schist and sandy loam soils, with low yield potential, the Vicentino grape varieties boast their best attributes. The low productivity imposed by the land will act as a stimulus to the quality of the grapes that are formed, promoting an ideal concentration of organic acids, sugars and phenolic compounds. Achieving this balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, makes it possible to obtain a raw material of excellence. Fermentation in 350 liter barrels, followed by aging on lees for 9 months. One of the wines that most reflects the perfect symbiosis between the Atlantic, the soils and the vineyards is Vicentino Reserva Branco. In this wine, the vegetable and tropical fruit notes of the Sauvignon Blanc are enhanced and thickened by the barrels in which it ferments, giving rise to this fresh but complex wine, with hints of vanilla. Planted in clayey-schist and sandy loam soils, with low yield potential, Vicentino's varieties show their best attributes. Aging on fermentation lees for 6 months, followed by 3 months of rest in bottle before being marketed. With a strong connection to the terroir of Monção, Alvarinho expresses itself in Vicentino respecting its origin in an elegant combination of aromas that characterize it. Casa Ferreirinha Vinha Grande Magnum Red
Ruby red with purple color reflections. The aroma is intense, predominantly gooseberry and plum, along with spices, resin and cedar wood, all nicely integrated with subtle oak. It is a well-balanced wine, with firm, well textured and bright tannins, attractive acidity. Its finish is very long and harmonious.

Terras de Lava White
Made from a blend of native Azorean varieties (70%) and with different European varieties (30%). After careful selection of the grapes, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Aged on fine lees for 4 months after which the wine was bottled. Greenish yellow color. In the aroma, the notes of tropical fruits and citrus stand out, involved in a beautiful volcanic set. In the mouth it has volume, a lot of freshness and minerality. It has an enveloping, salty and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

The maturation phase occurred later, due to lack of water in the soil and heat. The harvested grapes rested for 24 hours in a refrigerated container at 8º C in order to protect the integrity of the bunches. After rigorous selection in the cellar, the grapes were pressed with the entire bunch, at low pressure. Part of the batch was fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for 8 months, and the rest in French oak barrels. Pale yellow in color, it has a fresh and complex aroma. Mineral character, which gives it freshness, together with citrus and floral notes, with a slight aroma of smoke. Frank in the mouth is mineral, enveloping with acidity tempered by the light greasiness provided by the partial malolactic produced in barrels. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest for 12kg boxes. Cooling of the grapes in a cold room for 24 hours to 10ºC. Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by destemming and crushing. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold decantation for 48h. Fermentation of each variety individually in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, for 20 days. Greenish hue, clear and bright. Very fine in the aroma, with good citrus fruit notes and a light tropical note. Creamy mouthfeel, marked by expressive fruit and supported by refreshing acidity. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest, transport in 14kg boxes. Grapes are cooled in a cold chamber for 24 hours to 10ºC. Followed by sorting on a sorting table, destemming, pressing and cold static decanting. Fermentation in 500L barrels and aging for nine months. Rich and complex aroma, fruity with light floral notes, well integrated with the smoke from the barrel. In the mouth it is fruity, balanced, with a very present acidity and a long and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.

Quinta do Vallado Vintage 2019 Ruby
The grapes (50% with stems) are fermented for four days in "lagares" with periodic foot treading. Aged for 20 months in stainless steel vats. Deep and strong nose, with intense aromas of dark fruits. Full-bodied flavor with ripe and soft tannins. Excellent structure and complexity, with a very long finish. Contains sulfites.
A Trincadeira Não é Tão Preta Red
Selective manual harvest in 40 kg baskets, selection on a selection table, entry into the vat by gravity without the use of pumps. Minimum intervention winemaking. It aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats without contact with barrel and 3 months in bottle. It presents a fragile garnet-ruby color, nose with notes of wet forest, mushroom and spicy, with very soft herbal touches. In the mouth it is very fresh, very structured and of medium texture. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Vallado Três Melros White
The grapes, mostly from 20-year-old vines, are harvested by hand and vinified in the open spout system (85% of the wine ferment in a stainless steel vat for about 1 month at a controlled temperature between 14º and 16º C. The rest of the wine ferment in used 500 liter French oak barrels). It presents a foral aroma and very ripe fruit with some citrus notes. Good structure, very mineral and fresh, with balanced and persistent flavor. Contains sulfites.
Textura da Estrela Jaen Red
Textura da Estrela Jaen comes from a single plot in Vila Nova de Tazem (Serra da Estrela sub-region). Vineyards aged 28 years in granitic soils, sustainably treated, without herbicides, have been converting to organic certification since 2020. This Jaen fermented with indigenous yeasts only in cement vats with 35% whole bunch followed by 30 days of cuvaison. After aging the 1st winter in cement, it spent 6 months in French oak barrels. Naturally stabilized. Open color red with mineral and stone powder character, typical of cement tanks. Slight pepper and delicate fruit. It shows elegant tannins and is marked in the mouth by the granitic minerality, which often contributes to its peppery side. Long and precise acidity. With the potential to turn out to be different in a few years. Contains sulfites.
Textura da Estrela Rose
Granitic soils, altitude, sustainable farming practices and zero herbicides are just the beginning of this unique rosé wine. In Vila Nova de Tazem (Serra da Estrela sub-region) a 28-year-old vine of 100% hand-harvested Tinta Roriz grows. The commitment since 2020 to an option for organic farming in all our vineyards. The tear must ferments with indigenous yeasts in used 225 L French oak barrels. The wine ages for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage and another 8 months in stainless steel. Naturally stabilized, it may show turbidity or deposit. A rosé wine with a more concentrated color, onion skin with hints of copper. Delicate aromas of red fruits and fermentation, like brioche. In the mouth, it has remarkable acidity and minerality, with touches of spices, especially black pepper. It has a dense yet elegant texture, quite salivating at the end as it calls for food. Extremely gastronomic. Contains sulfites.
Tiago Cabaço Syrah Red
Fermentation in a mill with steps on foot and temperature control. Aging for 15 months in French oak barrels, half new and half of 2nd year. Huge in color and aroma, concentrated and seductive, floral and fruity. It stands out due to the refreshing freshness of the aftertaste and the soft, yet powerful tannins that brighten the exciting finish. Contains sulfites.
Taboadella Touriga Nacional Red
Manual harvest. 100% destemmed by vibration. Stage 50% new 500l French oak barrel for 7 months; 50% in stainless steel vats. Touriga Nacional is the international icon of Portuguese grape varieties originating in the region where it best expresses itself, the Dão. In Taboadella, it is a grape that shines on the ground, and this is a great example of its natural acidity with this exceptional terroir allowing us to detect the violets that populate the aroma in our memory in complementarity with the notes of altitude, the black spice and the quartzitic aroma of wet granite, in surprising complexity. Taboadella Jaen Red
Manual harvest. 100% destemmed by vibration. Stage 50% new 500l French oak barrel for 7 months; 50% in stainless steel vats. With Jaen we discovered the Iberian Peninsula in Portugal (an identity associated with the Mencia variety). The fresh altitude of the Dão lands promotes sucolence, bluish fruit and white spice. The slopes of Taboadella bring this modernity. Jaen is one of its treasures and the joy of fruity and intense aromas, combined with allspice, placing the grape in another dimension. The beautiful structure supported by soft, fine and coated tannins, combines perfectly with the tense and delicate body that this wine provides. Contains sulfites.

Thanks to the meticulous work carried out throughout the year, a remarkable quality of the grape was obtained. A longer maturation period allowed for a refined phenolic maturation that was essential for obtaining the levels.
