Quinta de Lemos Dona Paulette Encruzado White
Encruzado is an exclusive grape variety of the Dão region, is well balanced, aromatic and produces wines with a great longevity. The vines grow on slopes located between 350 and 400 meters in altitude. These vines fall under an integrated protection program and the application of herbicides is prohibited. Grape harvesting is done by hand, when the ideal point of maturity is reached, around mid-September. The harvest is collected in small boxes of 10 kg. This white wine was fermented in stainless steel at 13 ° C, while two thirds of its fermentation was completed in new French oak barrels, where it aged for 12 months. Quinta de Lemos Dona Paulette Encruzado presents minerality and wood that gives some complexity. It also has resin plants, eucalyptus, mint, nuances of hazelnut and tamarillo. It is fresh, with acidity well integrated into a structured body of medium volume.

Ribeiro Santo Touriga Nacional Red
Ribeiro Santo Touriga Nacional is a concentrated wine, ruby color with violet lavas. Expressive aroma with blackberries and cherries, field flowers and notes of spices. Medium body, mineral, with a good acidity to give freshness, fine tannins and final firm and spicy. The harvest took place at the end of September. The grapes were harvested manually, for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed for small stainless mills, where they macerated 24 hours at low temperature, before beginning the alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle remonstrances for a good extraction of color and aromas. After fermentation, it was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it remained for 12 months until bottling. Contains Sulfites.
Buçaco Red
The Buçaco were, and still are, always vinified in the same way and with the same methods of old. The fact that the grapes originate in the regions of Dão and Bairrada guarantees a great wine, which develops in a noble bottle. It is a deep wine, which reflects the elegance of the Touriga Nacional do Dão, and the freshness and vigor of the Bairrada Berry. With black fruit, it is slightly rustic and complex, presenting an enormous potential of aging. Contains Sulfites.

Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they are destemmed and slightly crushed. Pre-fermentation maceration for 10 days. Fermentation over 14 days in stainless steel and aging in French oak barrels for 32 months. A wine that impresses with its extraordinary freshness and complexity, with notes of wild berries, pine, resin, licorice, coffee and tobacco leaf. In the mouth, a wine with a very solid structure, rich and fresh, with silky tannins.

Manual harvest and then transported in pallets. Partial fermentation in stainless steel vats, finished in old oak casks. Stage in the same hulls for 20 months. The bright yellow hue immediately catches the eye! It presents an aromatic complexity where there is a mix of floral, with dominance of white flowers, and ripe fruity yellow pulp and dehydrated fruit. In the mouth the notes of toasted wood take to another dimension, warmer and more complex, always accompanied with a beautiful acidity and surrounding volume. Final with an intoxicating freshness! Located in Águeda, northeast of the Bairrada region, Quinta d'Aguieira features an incredible mosaic of micro-terroirs, painted over its 21 hectares. With the particularity that they originated in the riverbed, thousands of years ago, the soils of this farm are alluvial deposits and the subsoils of rolled pebbles, coarse sand and some clay. These soils, the starting point of everything and studied for years, showed us the best that could be extracted from them with the most adapted varieties. The best grapes picked by hand and selected, undergo a long maceration with temperature control. After a twelve-month aging in French oak barrels, bottling and aging in bottle followed for three years.
With a deep garnet color, Quinta D'Aguieira captivates by its aromatic intensity. The wild fruits and the fruit blend with the subtle notes of wood, enhanced by velvety tannins. Harmonious, elegant and complex, this wine is marked by its persistently long persistent finish, which makes us travel through time.
