Total destemming, fermentation with strong maceration in typical granite lagar, with temperature control at 24º C. Stage for 9 months in French oak barrels and 2 months in stage cellar. Deep red color with purple reflections. Aroma to red fruits of the forest, touches of tobacco and mocha. Palate is velvety and full. Complex and balanced finish. Contains Sulfites.
