Montaria Escolha do Ano Red
Petite Syrah grapes harvested at dawn and transported carefully to the cellar, where they were partially destemmed. Subsequently, for 48 hours, a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures was carried out in a reducing environment. The fermentation cycle took place normally, at a controlled temperature in 20-ton vats. After the alcoholic fermentation was completed, a post-fermentative low temperature maceration was carried out for 96 hours. Malolactic fermentation took place naturally in wood, where the wine aged for a period of 8 months, and was then bottled. In the tasting it shows intense floral aromas of rosemary and rock rose, well integrated with a fragrant aroma of black plums and peppers. Structurally intense and with a well marked depth, it becomes a very pleasant and persistent wine. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Mondego White
Pre-destemming and gentle crushing of the grapes. Gentle pressing of both varieties together with static decantation at low temperature for 24 hours. 60% of the fermentation batch in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and stage with gentle stirring of lees for 6 months in stainless steel vats, 40% of the fermentation batch in 500 liter French oak barrels (2nd year) with smooth batonnage. It presents a straw color, aromatically discreet, fresh. The fruit is smooth, citrus notes and the presence of dry notes. In the mouth alive, dry, balanced acidity, good volume and full. Marquês D’Almeida Red
Total destemming, soft crushing and thermal shock, followed by a period of pre-fermentation cold maceration in a mill for about 12h to 24h, after which the masses were transferred to wide and low fermentation vats, maceration for 8 days. at 22°C. Aging for 4 months, 50% in stainless steel and 50% in American and French oak barrels. Sensation of wild aromas in which red fruits predominate, complexed by a slight aging in wood. In the mouth, balanced and pleasant to drink. Contains sulfites.

Cercial harvested in the first week of September, after a prolonged period of rains. while the Arinto was harvested in the 3rd week of October. Total fermentation and 7 months stage in new and used 400 liter barrels. Good connection between fruit and wood, all in a register of good balance. Casa da Passarellla O Enólogo – Vinhas Velhas 3x Red
Dão wine, Casa da Passarella O Énologo - Vinhas Velhas, is born from a single vineyard with 80 years, so it is through it that we intend to assume the unique terroir of that parcel. The old vineyard is a set of vines of about 24 different grape varieties (including some white grape varieties, as was absolutely normal at the time) that, over the course of almost a century, have naturally adapted to that plot, in perfect harmony. The harvest is manual and done in one go, with the fermentation of the entire blend of grapes made in a traditional cement vat. As a result of the natural balance given by the vine, fermentation takes place spontaneously, without any need to correct the must. So we take over our terroir - with a minimalist wine in our cellar. Vinification in a cement vat with pre- and post-fermentative maceration. Aging for 18 months in oak barrels. It presents an opaque red color, aroma of red fruits with spicy notes. Full-bodied, fresh and elegant with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Elemento Red
El3mento is born from a partnership between Luís Pedro Cândido da Silva and Carmelo Peña Santana, who since the university had a dream of joining the two heads and making a wine together. After 5 years, and many ideas shared, the first El3mento in the Douro was born, from a centuries-old vineyard 600 meters above sea level in the area of Barcos - Tabuaço. A spontaneous fermentation, with the whole bunch in clay pot, without temperature control and macerated for about 4 months. A risky process, taking into account the low levels of sulfur dioxide used, which will not be released every year due to its volatility. Contains sulfites.
Duorum Reserva Red
Intense deep red color with violet tones. Intense, fresh and complex aroma, dominated by ripe fruits such as blackberry, plum and cassis, some floral aromas, such as violets, and tertiary aromas from its "elevage" in barrels like spices. It has firm tannins, ripe and smooth and a balanced acidity. This set, well wrapped in its large volume and body, confers a long and elegant finish, set for the Duorum profile.

DSF Coleção Privada Cabernet Sauvignon Red

Joseph Drouhin Clos de Mouches Red
Manual harvest, in small open boxes to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The maceration and winemaking takes 2 to 3 weeks. Maceration and fermentation temperatures under total control. Joseph Drouhin seeks full control of the extraction process; the extraction gives color and substance to a wine, but it should never be detrimental to its delicacy and typical character. An exceptional wine, deep ruby ??red in color, with the lively shine of the great Burgundies. Intense and fresh nose for young wines. The primary notes of red fruits dominate, such as Morello cherry, raspberry, blackberry. There are notes of complexity with smoky flavors that evolve into licorice. Martha’s Single Vat Vintage 2017 Ruby
2017 will be remembered for the very dry conditions, projecting this year to be one of the driest ever. The harvest was extraordinarily precocious, the grapes were, in general, exceptionally healthy and perfectly ripe, with very thick films, producing dense, very well structured and deep wines, showing great aroma reserves, with a pleasant mineral dimension which gives a touch of elegance and sobriety to the fruity, this very intense and powerful. Casa da Passarella Abanico Reserva 3x Red
Classic blend wine from Dão, the Abanico Reserva is born from different vineyards of Casa da Passarella. The grapes that serve as base are the Touriga Nacional, the Alfrocheiro and the Jaen, and respecting the balance of the different plots chosen, we harvest the grapes manually for boxes of 12 kg. The fermentation takes place in traditional cement tanks and pre-fermentation and post-fermentation is done, the stage is partially made in new French oak barrels for a year, and the whole process of stabilization for bottling is done in a natural way - we do not subject this wine to any type of filtration.
