Our sparkling Red Demo Demands is a sparkling wine with an intense aroma, exquisite with malvasia flowers. It is a fresh, very fruity and prolonged sparkling wine at the end. Vinified in a system of "Tanning" with Decanting and Fermentation at low temperatures controlled by manual remuage and dégorgement by the action of the cold, is a product acclaimed for its quality. Terras do Demo Malvasia Fina Bruto White
The Espumante Demas Lands Malvasia fino is the result of our passion for quality sparkling wines. With an improved production method we were able to create an award winning sparkling wine with a recognized quality. Of clear appearance and with fine and persistent bubble, the vinification of this product occurs in system of "Open spout" with settling and fermentation at low controlled temperatures. The maturation and aging of this sparkling wine takes place according to a slow evolution, with roundness of fruity peaks after 12 months. Complex aromas occur in the later stage of aging. The Malvasia Fina Demas Lands Sparkling is ideal for accompanying seafood, oysters, fish, poultry and white meats. Contain sulfites.
Conde d’ERVIDEIRA Private Selection Red
Mechanical harvest and Night. The Touriga Nacional is fermented in "vinimatics", while the Alicante Bouschet ferments in mills equipped with robot of mechanical step. Temperature controlled from 22º to 24ºC. Stage 12 Months in new French oak barrels. Longevity from 6 to 8 years. It presents an elegant and complex aromatic profile, associated with a striking structure, has high persistence and longevity. Contains Sulfites.
Conde d’ERVIDEIRA Reserva Red
Mechanical and nocturnal harvest. The best lots of grapes make caste to caste. Aragonez is fermented in "vinimatics", while the remaining varieties ferment in mills with a mechanical step, at a temperature of 22º to 24ºC. Stage 10 Months of new French oak barrels. Longevity from 6 to 8 years. It has aromas of red fruits, complexed by wood. It is velvety, presenting an excellent structure and soft tannins. Contains Sulfites.
Vinha d’Ervideira White
Mechanical and night harvest. The process goes from caste to caste. Antão Vaz grapes are destemmed, lightly pressed in a vacuum. After defecation, they ferment at a controlled temperature between 10o and 12oC. Arinto grapes are destemmed and sent, without crushing, to “vinimatics”, for skin maceration between 6 and 10 hours. Subsequently, they are pressed and sent to the cold room. Wine of citrus tones, with notes of tropical fruits, light quince jam and mineral notes. Elegant in the mouth, it shows good acidity and a striking structure, which prolongs the tasting. Contains sulfites.
Vinha d’Ervideira Red
Aging for 6 months in new French oak barrels. Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures. Fermentation in mills equipped with a mechanical treading robot and Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. An exuberant aromatic intensity and cocoa, mint and currants, which result in an appealing tasting, with well present and integrated tannins. Persistent and long aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
Vinha d’Ervideira Vindima Tardia White
Intense aroma wine with figs, nuts, marmalade and honey. In the mouth reveals a pleasant sweetness and an interesting volume and elegance, ending long and with a balanced and vibrant acidity. Between 7 and 9ºC can be served as appetizer and starter, accompanying canapes, or with desserts of some acidity, for example orange pie or after the meal, alone or accompanying nuts. Amarguinha Amêndoa Amarga
Duas Quintas Red
Dense color, brake with ruby reflections, clean and shiny. The nose is expressive, marked by spices, tobacco leaf, sweet notes of peach and orange blossom. In the mouth it has very soft tannins and structured body. End of mouth with presence of floral notes and spices, revealing long and strong.

Duas Quintas Reserva Red
Dark, intense and dense, the color of this wine is grená with violet reflections. The mineral aroma of the beginning leaves room for notes of very ripe fruit, plums, cherry, with touches of spice and spices. In the mouth is a sober wine, with voluminous and very well structured. It reveals itself, surprising us with a wide range of aromas and flavors. It is an elegant and serious wine, for special occasions. Contains Sulfites.
Messias Milésime Grand Cuvée Bruto White
Classic base wine vinification with temperature control during alcoholic fermentation. Second fermentation in bottle and stage according to the traditional method. Sparkling wine with a light citrus color, with lead tones, inducing greyish chromatic sensations, resulting from the red grape of the Baga variety, which together with Bical and Chardonnay complete the lot. The aroma is still quite young, highlighting fresh notes of lemon-like citrus fruits, surrounded by delicate nuances of bread dough and light toast. In the mouth it is very smooth and with a silky foam. Finishes long and fresh. Contains sulfites.

Marquês de Marialva Blanc de Blancs Magnum White
Total destemming, natural static settling, pressing soft. Alcoholic fermentation at 18 ° C, followed by a second fermentation in a bottle (classic method). Of citrus, defined appearance and persistent bubble. The nose is young, with dry fruits and toasted nuances. In the mouth it is fruity, fresh with a crunchy mousse and good persistence. Contains sulfites.
Marquês de Marialva Baga Blanc de Noirs White
Total destemming, soft pressing, natural static settling. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Foaming by the classical method. Only 30% of the flower must was used. Minimum of 12 months in basement and 1 month after degorgement. Defined amber color with a very fine and persistent bubble. Aroma of marmalade, red fruit jelly, cassis, sugar cane molasses. In the mouth it is fruity with elegant mousse, moderate freshness and long persistence. Contains sulfites.

It has a clear and concentrated ruby color with violet tones. Intense and complex it is predominant in red fruits, where they emphasize the cherry on mature, red jelly of fruits and well-mature fruits of the forest.
