Tesouro da Sé Private Selection Red
Clear. Deep ruby color with violet reflections. It reveals a very fine aroma with the presence of notes of plum and ripe blackberry with nuances of fine vanilla, black chocolate and spices. Complex, intense and velvety, with good structure of elegant tannins contributing to an exquisite persistence. Contains Sulfites.
Invulgar Red
Wine selected in equal parts at the Adegas Cooperativas de Mangualde, Penalva do Castelo, Silgueiros and Vila Nova de Tazem. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 14 days. Aging for 12 months in Allier Fino oak barrels. Clear appearance, deep red color, with garnet reflections. Complex aroma, rich in black plum, blackberry, violet and bergamot notes, married to fresh vanilla nuances, flanked by balsamic fragrances. It reveals a well-muscled and velvety body, the result of the firm and fine structure of the grape varieties and the character of our terroir. Contains sulfites.
Adro da Sé Reserva Red
Clear of intense ruby color. It shows some reflexes of fine red. In the nose it is elegant and complex with presence of very mature red fruits marrying notes of cinnamon and spices, of high refinement. In the mouth it is soft with good structure of tannins. It presents a long and authentic ending, according to its tradition. Classical vinification, fermentation with controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 5 to 6 days. Stage 4 years in stainless steel tanks, 10 months in Allier Fino and 5 months in the bottle. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Boição Vinho Licoroso Arinto White
Total destemming, cold skin maceration and partial alcoholic fermentation in the presence of skins. Alcoholic fermentation at 22°C and interruption at 7°/8° Baumé, by adding wine spirit. Stage for 36 months in French oak barrels. Complex aroma, predominantly raisins and dried figs, with notes of candied orange peel. Sweet and unctuous flavor, where the fruity flavor supported by the freshness of its acidity, gives this wine a pleasant finish with a hint of dried fruits. Contains sulfites.
Moscatel Bacalhôa Superior 10 Anos
This Moscatel de Setúbal has a young and fruity style, with topaz color, aromas and intense flavors of muscatel, orange blossom, citrus fruits, orange peel, candied fruit, tea and raisins. In the mouth is full-bodied, the aroma is intense and enhanced being coupled with sensations of sweet bitter, having a very long and persistent finish. 12 months in half used oak barrels. Contains sulfites.

Maintaining its classic style, Quinta da Bacalhôa 2014 presents aromas of well-preserved red fruits combined with nuances of wood and spices. In the mouth the sensations of red fruit are enhanced and combined with soft but present tannins, it has a fresh finish, something mineral, elegant and very complex.

The proof features a deep ruby color and intense aromas of red fruits.
