Fermentation and aging in 100% stainless steel vats at low temperature. The exuberance and transparency of the Encruzado grape variety, combined with the delicate floral aromas of Bical and the austerity of Cercial, allowed us to “design” a white wine with a unique profile.
With contained and vibrant acidity, a linear structure of intense gravity and a long and full finish, Villae shows itself as a beautiful testimony of the original terroir. Contains sulfites.
Taboadella Touriga Nacional Red
Manual harvest. 100% destemmed by vibration. Stage 50% new 500l French oak barrel for 7 months; 50% in stainless steel vats. Touriga Nacional is the international icon of Portuguese grape varieties originating in the region where it best expresses itself, the Dão. In Taboadella, it is a grape that shines on the ground, and this is a great example of its natural acidity with this exceptional terroir allowing us to detect the violets that populate the aroma in our memory in complementarity with the notes of altitude, the black spice and the quartzitic aroma of wet granite, in surprising complexity. Taboadella Jaen Red
Manual harvest. 100% destemmed by vibration. Stage 50% new 500l French oak barrel for 7 months; 50% in stainless steel vats. With Jaen we discovered the Iberian Peninsula in Portugal (an identity associated with the Mencia variety). The fresh altitude of the Dão lands promotes sucolence, bluish fruit and white spice. The slopes of Taboadella bring this modernity. Jaen is one of its treasures and the joy of fruity and intense aromas, combined with allspice, placing the grape in another dimension. The beautiful structure supported by soft, fine and coated tannins, combines perfectly with the tense and delicate body that this wine provides. Contains sulfites.

But it is also a wine of the future that surprises by its energy, amplified by its very present minerality and where in each stroke we find the cry of the territory, the pure expression of granite, the subtle elegance of the varieties cultivated in highlands and with persistence, respects the memory your place. Manual harvest and aging for 12 months in a new 500 liter French oak barrel. With an almost indescribable aromatic complexity, it is a great white that shows itself firm, with a silky texture and very fine linearity. With a high concentration, it is a magnificent wine with a vibrant acidity that only Dão can offer, ending long, persistent and very precise. Contains sulfites.
Taboadella Reserva Alfrocheiro Red
Thanks to the meticulous work carried out throughout the year, a remarkable quality of the grape was obtained. A longer maturation period allowed for a refined phenolic maturation that was essential for obtaining the levels.

Terras de Santo António White is the result of a blend of several varieties such as Encruzado, Verdelho and others. It has a citrine yellow color with greenish tinges. The aroma is young and fresh with hints of orange blossom. In the mouth it reveals some fresh and mineral structure. Contains sulfites.
Terras de Santo António Alfrocheiro Red
Made exclusively with Alfrocheiro grapes from vineyards approximately 40 years old, Terras de Stº António Alfrocheiro has a ruby red color. On the nose, it presents intense floral notes with ripe forest fruits. In the mouth, it reveals very ripe fruit with nuances of cassis, with good structure and smoothness. Contains sulfites.
Soito Reserva Touriga Nacional Red
Vinification is classic in a wine press with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation is controlled until the 26th for 9 days. The aging is done in French oak barrels for 15 months. Clear appearance, garnet color with violet reflections. Delicate and complete aroma with notes of blackberry and blueberry combined with menthol nuances, bergamot and fine spices. In the mouth it reveals excellent balance, velvety, intense and grandiose flavor, with the presence of rich and silky tannins. Complex and harmonious structure, reveals a unique minerality combined with a long aftertaste. It shows fineness, exquisite bouquet and a long persistence. 3333 bottles were produced. Soito Blanc de Noirs White
Vinification is classic, with the first fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Crystalline appearance, showing a soft and captivating straw yellow color with greenish and sparkling reflections. Features an exquisite fine bubble persistence. It reveals good fineness and aromatic delicacy, with the presence of soft floral notes and white-fleshed fruit, in a unique and well-enhanced cut. It expresses a unique profile, with a crunchy and well-integrated mineral acidity, a delicate, fresh and lively mousse, with a very refined and refined style, with a very persistent finish.
