Classic vinification in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 26 º C. Maceration cared for 5 days. Aged for 8 months in French oak. Clear appearance. red color with hints of garnet, reveals notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry, light blueberry, complexed with nuances of cinnamon and cloves, flanked by fresh vanilla expressions. It presents a very elegant and balanced body, with velvety and round tannins, with good expression of balsamic and pine notes. Defines an exquisite sensory cut with a long, fresh and mineral finish. 1333 bottles were produced. Contains Sulfites.

Fermentation between 22-26 ºC for about 7 days with gentle maceration in cement vats, maceration using the classic “delestage” technique, about 3 to 4 per fermentation, malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Aging for 14 months in 300 Lts American oak barrels with extra fine grain. Explosive aroma, very intense, wild fruits and spices with intense notes of licorice in perfect balance with discrete notes from barrel to toast and vanilla. Sweet attack in the mouth, with great volume, the vibrant notes of fruit and spices can be felt in the nose, with very voluminous and soft tannins, with a long and persistent finish. Ready to drink. Valle Pradinhos Reserva White
Bright color and citrine. Aroma elegant, with good intensity and complexity remembering at first aromas of citrus fruits (lime and grapefruit) followed by aromas of tropical fruits (pineapple, melon / melon, passion fruit) and floral (rose petals). Mineral notes give delicacy to the whole. Taste dry, creamy attack with a fine and balanced acidity that gives the wine an excellent freshness. Good structure, good mouth aroma and floral aromas. Fermentation in a traditional wine press and oak vats with prolonged maceration. Aged in new French oak barrels for 14 months. Vivid, bright and deep red color. It is thin, elegant and very intense. It is fruity, complex, full and rich in spices from a good ripeness in wood of excellent quality. Very harmonious and with character. In the mouth it is fruity but elegant. Balanced, it presents smooth tannins of great level and an excellent acidity, which gives it a long and pleasant finish. This balanced combination of power and elegance certainly contributed to its aging potential, so the wine will benefit from a few years in the bottle. Contains sulfites.
