After fermentation, it was aged on fine lees for 3 months, having been "batonnage" during the first month.Rosé from Quinta das Marias is a refreshing wine that appeals to hot days with friends around the pool. that does not lose its flavor and freshness. Fermented in small stainless steel vats and oak barrels. He spent eight months in barrel, with slight battonage. It is a wine with a beautiful golden color given by the maturation and richness of the grapes Encruzado and Bical. The subtle aromas are dominated by a complex bouquet of white fruits, herbs and minerality. In the mouth it has an opulent impact, but thanks to its great acidity it becomes very balanced and long. M.O.B. Lot 3 "winks" to the past with its complex and austere aromas that do not fit into the conventional light aromatic whites. Contains Sulfites.

It comes from the three vineyards located Gouveia and Seia. It was vinified in stainless steel tanks, with soft extractions. It aged for 12 months in used oak barrels of 225 liters. This Lot 3 seeks to be an old Dão with a modern approach. It has a lightly laden color, is little alcoholic, fresh and easy to drink like the wines of the past but has the aromatic beauty, the intensity of fruit in the mouth and the balance provided by the current viticulture and winemaking. Contains Sulfites.

Fermented in stainless steel, the temperature controlled, following 12 months of stage in used French oak barrels. Intense and fine aroma with notes of ripe fruit and forest. Tannins well-married, long finish, elegant and appealing. Contains Sulfites.
