Esporão Bico Amarelo White
Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (10-15ºC) for 12 to 15 days. 3 to 6 months in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Yellow color with green tones, exuberant aroma, fresh and light, dominated by citrus fruits and tropical aromas. Palate dominated by its acidity, with good volume, has a persistent and refreshing finish. Contains sulfites.
Arco D’Aguieira White
Gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature. The Maria Gomes variety ages in stainless steel vats for 9 months. The remaining varieties are aged in French oak barrels of the second year for 9 months, with weekly batching. Clear and straw yellow in color, this wine is deeply aromatic. The citrus aromas and notes of tropical fruit can be distinguished. An elegant acidity enhances the velvety texture of this wine, making it fresh, mineral and intense, with a long and lasting finish. Contains sulfites.
Freixenet Mia Moscato Doce White
Sweet and fruity. Mia Moscato brings an inviting sweetness, combining a good and balanced acidity. Fresh, but with a body that gives structure with a length and attractive flavor. Perfectly clean, straw yellow with fine, elegant bubbles. Powerful and intense aroma, with a background of white flowers combined with peach, ripe apricot and orange blossom. Contains sulfates.
Mumm Ice Xtra White
Exceptionally fresh and round, the wine's exotic aromas are the result of a dosage made from reserve wines aged in American oak barrels. Thanks to its demi-sec dosage, Mumm Ice Xtra offers a wonderful combination of roundness and freshness with delicate woody and vanilla aromas that make it ideal for the art of mixology. Mumm Ice Xtra has an intense golden yellow color with subtle amber highlights, and its bubbles are vivid. A first nose of delicate woody aromas evolves into exotic notes of vanilla bean with hints of ripe pineapple and mango that balance beautifully with subtle notes of praline and milk caramel. Mumm Ice Xtra offers rich, explosive flavors of intense, mouthwatering honey, nougat and pastry cream that are a beautiful counterpoint to the sweet notes of praline, vanilla and cedar. Drappier Clarevallis White
Clarevallis is the name given by Saint Bernard to the abbey he founded in 1115. Champagne Clarevallis is made with grapes from the hills of Urville, planted during the Cistercian period. The wines were vinified and aged in cellars built in 1152 by the monks of the abbey of Clairvaux: today, the cellars are owned by the Drappier family. Unfiltered, with very little sulfur (20 mg/l), the dosage used contains a liqueur made from organic sugar cane at 4g/l. A golden gray color with fine, persistent bubbles. Touches of elderberry and violet. The limestone minerality is softened by the pinot pulp. A harmonious balance between discreet dosage and lovely bitter flavors.
PAÇO DE TEIXEIRÓ Avesso White
Grapes from a plot of the Quinta, the Corredoira vineyard. All grapes are hand-picked in 20 kg boxes. After a partial destemming and slight crushing, they go to the press where there is a slight contact between the skins and the must. Soft pressing and fermentation at medium/high temperatures in stainless steel vats. Finished fermentation in French oak barrels of 300 liters. Aged in barrels with total lees, with batonage, for 6 months. Vineyards with an average age of 35 years. Straw color, very complex and deep aroma. A lot of minerality with a light smoke, reveals citrus and fresh notes. Elegant and balanced palate, aromatic, with good volume and a very fresh and mineral finish. Contains sulfites.
Drappier Blanc de Blancs White
As its name implies, this Champagne is made exclusively from white grapes, more precisely from the Chardonnay variety. However, an original feature of Maison Drappier, a touch of Pinot Blanc, called “Blanc Vrai” in Champagne, is sometimes added to the base wine in order to increase its complexity and make it more rounded. . The aroma brings to mind white peach and pear, but also more floral notes. In the mouth, a mineral Champagne, with a light biscuit flavor, creamy, smooth and seductive. Contains sulfites.
Titan of Douro Fragmentado White
Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subjected to a careful manual selection. They are destemmed, crushed and macerated for 48 hours, followed by French oak barrels, where they ferment and stash. This wine is a batch of wines from several years. It presents an intense straw color. Aromas of bread, honey, grapefruit, white flowers and wet stone. In the mouth it is a wine filled with layers, very voluminous and full of energy given its persistent freshness. Contains sulfites.
