Quinta da Calçada Reserva Bruto Imperial White
Vineyards located at the foot of the Serra do Marão, with a strong maritime influence, the Alvarinho and Loureiro grapes were gently pressed. The must was fermented in French oak barrels and the wine was then aged there for 1 year. The elaboration, following the classic method, took place in our cellar at controlled temperature, followed by a one-year aging in bottle. Degorgement and 2 months of final stage in bottle were carried out. This sparkling wine has a bright yellow citrus color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with light notes of brioche and dried fruits involved by the high salinity and minerality of the region. Good volume in the mouth, light toasted, complex and crunchy acidity resulting in a persistent and long finish. Contains sulfites.
Cartuxa Reserva Bruto White
Base wine produced from rigorously selected grapes harvested in the ideal maturation stage for production of a sparkling wine. Fermentation at controlled temperature, carried out in French oak barrels. Stage sore fine rubs for 6 months with periodic batonnage. Second fermentation in bottle by the classic method, followed by stage on sludge and intermediate batonnages during 5 years, in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery. Contains sulfites.
Aliança Grande Reserva Bruto White
Produced from the Baga and Chardonnay varieties. The Chardonnay variety contributes its aromatic complexity and the Berry with the structure and persistence of a blanc de noir. The pre bottling stage and the 52 months south lays harmonized this set which, above all, intends to be a reference not only in sparkling DOC Bairrada but at National level. Monólogo Malvasia Fina White
Grapes reception in the cellar in 24kg boxes. Manual selection followed by destemming, skin maceration and gentle pneumatic pressing. The must ferments in stainless steel vats at low temperature. Stabilization and light filtration. Special care was taken in the winemaking, minimizing any intervention, with the aim of producing a wine that expresses well the particularities of the grapes and terroir. Produced at Quinta de Santa Teresa, with grapes from the P70 plot, this Monólogo is a monovarieous wine with an aromatic profile, long in the mouth and persistent. These characteristics, typical of the variety, have been appreciated since ancient Greece, where Malvasia Fina comes from. On the nose we find freshness and smoky aromas, quartz and nutmeg. On the palate it is pleasant, balanced and unctuous, showing notes of granitic influence, spices and pear. Contains sulfites.

Soalheiro Granit Magnum White
The Soalheiro Granit reveals the more mineral side of the Alvarinho variety. It is a Alvarinho that leaves a specific selection of vineyards planted above 200 meters of altitude, revealing the minerality that relates the soil of granite origin of the terroir of Monção and Melgaço and the Alvarinho variety, improved with the batonage and the stage in the fine lees . The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a higher temperature than usual in white wines, showing an elegant and more mineral aroma with a dry and persistent finish. The Alvarinho grapes used in the Soalheiro Soalheiro come from small-sized vineyards implanted in soil of granite origin above 200 meters altitude and located in the private microclimate of the Monção and Melgaço sub-region, the northernmost region of Portugal. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a higher temperature than usual, using pre-selected yeasts for this purpose. Sauvighon Blanc (70%) and Alvarinho (30%) ferment after gentle decantation in stainless steel tanks between 16 and 18ºC. Soalheiro 9% White
An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. Alvarinho grapes without late harvest were harvested in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short period of time. The must obtained by pressing the whole grapes was decanted and fermented at low temperature. The fermentation took place in stainless steel until reaching the balance of sweetness and acidity intended and that dictated the final alcohol of this Soalheiro - 9%. Soalheiro Bruto Barrica ferments and staggers in used oak barrels for 12 months before the second bottle fermentation. This stage will give the sparkling wine a more evolutionary and intense aroma character, as well as a broader and more persistent good texture. The permanence in the basement, the low temperature and constant for 36 months allowed this sparkling wine to show all the elegance of the Alvarinho grape variety in a perspective of greater complexity and less fruit to which the sparkling classic Soalheiro has accustomed us.
