After slight crushing the grapes are subjected to a thermal shock, followed by passing through a traditional vertical press. The wort is transferred to small capacity wine tanks with temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The wine stems on the lees for seven months. As a result of traditional pressing, the wine has an intense greenish color. In it we can find the vibrant acidity of Arinto combined with the living fruit of the Rabigato. The mouth surprises by the density and freshness.

A limited edition of a wine that celebrates the great Arinto variety, as well as a great friendship. Manual harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in 400L barrels for 10 to 15 days. 50% of the wine aged for 12 months in 400L French oak barrels. Yellow color with golden hints, aroma with great aromatic complexity. Casa Velha Moscatel Galego White
Some of the best Moscatel grapes from the Favaios plateau are selected and harvested by hand. To extract the maximum aromatic richness of the grapes, a pre-fermentative maceration is carried out for 48 hours and only afterwards the clean must is extracted. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for about 15 days with a controlled temperature between 15-18ºC. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, a 5-month stage begins, during which contact with fine lees is promoted, after which filtration and bottling follow. Bright and citrus colored, with intense floral and fruity aromas, with emphasis on lychees, roses and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is quite elegant, fresh and balanced, with good acidity and medium structure. It ends in a balanced and persistent way. Contains sulfites.

The grape varieties were vinified separately. After a very gentle pressing of the grapes, the must undergoes a cold static decanting and a 7-day “SURLIES” stage, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, fermenting at low temperatures. The Wardrobe gives floral and citrus and Arinto brings acidity and freshness to the set. This wine is very expressive in the vanilla aromas, it has an evident and elegant freshness. This harvest has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections, a rich aroma of yellow fruits characteristic of the Chardonnay variety, such as peach and pineapple, combined with roasted and vanilla nuances from contact with French wood. In the mouth, we find strong flavors of yellow fruits well combined with wood, a frank acidity, which gives it a mineral character and a full and persistent finish.
