Fruity flavor, moderate freshness, pleasant volume in the mouth and followed by an elegant mousse and remarkable persistence. Contains sulfites.
Manoella Rose
It comes from a 39 year old Touriga Nacional vineyard, located in the steep terraces of Vale Mendiz. It is presented in a pale pink hue with bright reflections that reveals a very delicate rosé. Its nose is intense and complex with notes of fresh red fruits, mineral and floral touches. In the mouth, it has excellent freshness and good volume. Contains sulfites.
Quinta de Lemos Rose
This wine is obtained after direct pressing of Touriga Nacional red grapes. All alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 13ºC. A pale, fine and appealing rose water hue. Delicate aroma of floral notes of red fruits, strawberries and raspberries. Mouth voluminous and attractive, easy with a long, persistent and addictive finish. Contains sulfites.
Insula Chão de Lava AA Rose
Selective manual harvest in 15kg boxes. About 50% results from direct pressing of the whole bunch and decanting after 24 hours. The remaining 50% comes from sangria from gently crushed grapes and subjected to 3 to 6 hours of maceration at low temperatures. The mixture ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. With aromas of ripe red fruits and hints of spice. In the mouth it is fresh, saline, mineral, structured and persistent. Kompassus Magnum Bruto Rose
Harvest the last week of August. Balanced maturation, with 3-pass harvest. Fermentation at controlled temperature 14ºC. Grapes transported in perforated boxes of 15 kg. Dehydrated grapes followed by skin maceration. Pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. Stage on lees about 4 years. Dégorgement without added sugar - Brut Nature. With Baga and Touriga, it has a beautiful color of onion peel and a very fine, expressive but at the same time delicate aroma, with wild berries. The aromatic delicacy contrasts with the explosive mouth, resulting in a sparkling full of luster and flavor. Contains sulfites.

GIZ Vinhas Velhas Rose
Lightly pressed grapes with whole bunch. The resulting must was fermented in used barrels, followed by regular batonnage until the date of bottling. Tartaric and protein stabilization achieved naturally during an extended 10-month aging in a barrel. 1440 bottles were produced. Aromas of red, floral fruit. Suggestions of vanilla, brioche and spice add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine. A production of 2500 bottles, Geraldine Rosé is a monocasta from Touriga Nacional. Aged for 18 months on fine lees. In the mouth, it is thin and sophisticated, with notes of red fruits and raspberry. With a persistent thin bubble and salmon tone, it is dense, structured, with balanced and social acidity. Contains sulfites.
Freixenet Mini Ice Cuvée Especial Rose
To prepare Freixenet Ice Rose, two noble red varieties, Grenache and Pinot Noir, were used. Grenache brings a spicy and ripe touch of red fruits, while Pinot Noir increases the freshness, acidity and taste of fruits. Chardonnay's touch makes the wine more intense and balances the effect of ice.It has an intense aroma of fruits, raspberries, blackthorn and strawberries. In the mouth, this fruity character dominates, but there are also notes of anise and spice. It has a fresh and elegant and greedy finish.

Taittinger Comtes Brut Rose
Comtes Rose has a rich rose colour. The bubbles are extraordinarily delicate and form a wonderfully fine necklace of mousse. The nose is refined, fresh and young, revealing subtle and complex aromas of berries gently combining wild strawberries, morello cherries and blackcurrants. In the background blossoms a hint of fresh almonds and liquorice. The initial fruitiness quickly intensifies on the palate. The mid-palate is rich and structured, with a tannin tartness reminiscent of blackcurrant and red wine poached pears. The generous finish maintains balance and freshness. Still young, but already possessing great class, Comtes de Champagne Rosé Millésimé 2006 has a tannic structure that is becoming rounder and its depth and perfection are still improving. It is a wine for celebration and ceremony and is an ideal accompaniment for fruit desserts such as strawberries, Tarte Tatin or poached pears. Contains sulfites.
Armand de Brignac Rose
The Champagne Armand de Brignac Rosé is crafted with Pinot Noir from old vines, planted in the Montagne de Reims, that produce fruit with powerful flavor intensity. The resulting cuvée features bright, fresh layers of red fruits, complemented by hints of baked pastry aromas. Strawberry, currants and cherry on the nose, with floral hints and a touch of sweet almond. The red grape dominance brings a structured palate filled with black fruits, cherries and hints of baked pastry. Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rose

Manual harvest in 12kg boxes. After selection on a mat of choice, the grapes were subjected to a peculiar cold maceration. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats at a temperature of 14ºC for 18 days. Aged in bottle for a period of two months. Pale pink color. Minerality and notes of red fruit. Good volume in the mouth and pronounced freshness. Contains sulfites.
Beyra Cuvée Especial Rose
Manual harvest, destemming and soft crushing, alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of around 16ºC in “perles” (used 390 liter French oak barrels), followed by aging with fine lees agitation. Aging in 390L "perles de Quintessence", followed by an aging in bottle. Manual harvest during the month of September for 25 kg boxes. After sorting the bunches in the vineyard, the berries were also chosen by optical sorting at the entrance to the cellar, so that only the perfect berries were used. These were then refrigerated, destemmed and pressed in an inert environment. Subsequent cold decanting and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16ºC. Stage in stainless steel vats. Soft in color, pale pink with red nuances. It shows an intense and fresh aroma of red fruits, especially raspberries, with light vegetable notes. Acidity elegantly balanced with the volume in the mouth, making it a very appetizing rosé. Contains sulfites.
Juvé Y Camps Brut Rose
Juvé & Camps Brut Rosé is made from a light maceration of the Pinot Noir grapes, which come from our vineyard on the Espiells estate. This cava features a lovely bright pink color. A large number of small bubbles create a real spectacular effervescence. Its white crown, abundant and lasting, contrasts with its pink background, highlighting its magnificent foam. Its aroma is delicate and intense. In it, you can find clear notes of cherries and strawberries, surrounded by touches of honey, toast and floral memories. It has a very unusual nose in which freshness dominates the wine. It is lush on the palate. The effervescent foam that is released in the tasting is intense and creamy. She strokes the inside of the mouth very gently, releasing all its rich aromas. Contains sulfites.

Covela Colheita Rose
This wine is obtained from organic viticulture. Manual harvesting. Transport of grapes in small boxes to avoid crushing. Manual selection of curls. Total destemming followed by gentle pressing. Slight maceration of the skin. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank. Stage in fine lees until January. Peach skin color. Aroma intense and full of character where the fresh red fruits (currant) and a tropical subtle stand out. In the mouth it is dry, excellent texture and refreshing finish. Ideal for dining and other outdoor moments, by the sea and always in good company. It is a very gastronomic rosé that combines with various types of food from salads to quiches to dishes of Italian and Asian cuisine. Contains Sulfites.
Carm Rose
The grapes were vinified with total destemming, soft crushing, followed by a period of clarification for 48 hours depending on the state of maturity. The alcoholic fermentation took place at temperatures between 12º and 16º for a long period, with the wines aging in stainless steel on fine sludge until bottling. This rosé has a complex aroma that gives it a truly gourmet character and allows it to accompany, in general, all Mediterranean cuisine. It is fresh, with red fruits and elegant floral notes typical of the variety. The flavor is prolonged, fresh and rich, with balanced acidity. Contains sulfites.
São João Bruto Rose
Quinta do Poço do Lobo Baga Pinot Noir Rose
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, the must was fermented for 15 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. This was followed by extraction with free yeasts, with re-fermentation taking place in a cellar for 25 days at 14 ºC, followed by a 60-month aging period in bottle on lees. Pink color defined with hints of onion skin, aromas of acidic red fruits, buttery notes, evident toasted notes and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of a rich and complex palette. It has great gustatory complexity, very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy and has good gustatory persistence. Contains sulfites.
