The grapes are picked by hand and pressed directly. All handling is carried out in a carbon dioxide atmosphere to protect the delicate aromas of the Grenache grapes until the start of fermentation, which is carried out at low temperatures (15-18ºC). The aroma reveals very fresh red fruit, peach, light floral and vegetal surrounded by notes of discreet barrel.

The first fermentation happened in a stainless steel vat. An in-tank batonnage was followed for 3 months. The second fermentation followed the traditional method of fermentation in bottle, which was held in a cool cellar for 24 months. Light and refined salmon color. Delicate and engaging aromas of apricot, some tangerine and slight toast. Lovely harmony between acidity and structure. Fine bubble offering complexity and freshness. Creamy body with incredible depth. Will age beautifully in bottle. Contain sulfites.

Terra Chama Touriga Nacional Rose

Grapes from 21-year-old vines, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes. The must was obtained by the open spout method with direct pressing of whole grapes, and later decanted at low temperature for a period of 24 hours. Fermented in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 15ºC for a period of 18 days. It aged naturally in contact with fine lees for 5 months in stainless steel vats. Minimal intervention. Pale pink color that reveals a delicate rosé. It is complex and intense on the nose with notes of red fruits, floral touches and evident minerality. In the mouth it has a good volume and excellent freshness.

Pol Roger Brut Vintage 2015 Rose

Pol Roger Rosé Vintage is based on our Brut Vintage (60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay) to which, before bottling and the second fermentation, around 15% still red wine (Pinot Noir) from the best crus of the Reims Mountain region. Only produced in limited quantities, the Brut Rosé Vintage 2015 is aged in our cellars before being released to the market.

The grapes were harvested very early, before the painter, to ensure acidity and natural freshness. They were manually harvested into small boxes in order to preserve their quality. After careful selection and sorting at the entrance to the cellar, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless steel vats. Part of the batch fermented and aged in used 500 liter barrels. Pale pink color. Fine and delicate aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and structured, predominating notes of raspberry and tropical fruit, with a prolonged aftertaste.

Manual harvest, gentle pressing without destemming or crushing. Fermentation in 300 Lt French barrels followed by aging with fine lees agitation until bottling. In the mouth, the great freshness stands out in balance with very discreet notes of fermentation and aging in barrels that mark the persistence of the final with fat.
