Louis Latour Duet White

10,60
"Duet" is unique because the two different grapes are harvested at the same time and fermented together. The vines are very far from each other and the last week of Chardonnay harvest coincides with the first week of Viognier harvest, thus preserving the acidity of the Viognier. This results in a balanced wine, in which none of the varieties outweighs the other. It is a fine, smooth and elegant wine. Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats, controlled temperature with complete malolactic fermentation. Aging for 8 to 10 months in stainless steel vats. Features a bright and beautiful color with golden tones, "Duet" offers subtle peach yellow touches on the nose. In the mouth is broad and round, presenting beautiful notes of vanilla, fresh apricot and marzipan. Contains Sulfites.
