Poliphonia Reserva White
The grapes from the Monte dos perdigões vineyard were carefully selected, having been vinified separately in French oak barrels. There followed a stage on fine sludge with periodic “batonnage”. Citrine color with slight greenish reflections. Elegant aroma, of good intensity, with notes of tropical fruit associated with dried fruits and spices. Fresh palate, with good acidity and full. Persistent and unctuous finish. Contains sulfites.
Niepoort Diálogo White
After a refrigerated transport to Quinta de Nápoles, the grapes enter the cellar, where a full selection is made on a table of choice, and are pressed in an automatic press. After cold static decanting, the musts are cleaned in stainless steel vats, spontaneously fermenting at a controlled temperature. They age in their fine lees for 6 months, without lifting them. The White Dialogue is a good example of the Niepoort profile, austere and very mineral. A fresh white, with herbaceous and citrus notes on the nose, young but showing all its aging potential, very fine and elegant, with an electric aftertaste that makes you want to repeat. Vértice Gouveio Bruto White
The sparkling Vértice Gouveio, is elaborated rigorously according to the classic method, from a selection of grapes of the Gouveio grape variety, traditionally planted on the fresh and high slopes of the Alto Douro. It is a very fine and persistent bubble froth, releasing a very fresh and elegant aroma. Contains sulfites.
Vista Alegre 40 Anos White
Vinification according to the traditional method of Port Wine. After gentle crushing with partial destemming, alcoholic fermentation with skin maceration follows. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature and is stopped by the addition of wine spirit. The entire winemaking process, which is monitored by the oenology team, takes into account the grape varieties, their degree of ripeness and the desired sweetness. This wine is the result of a blend of selected white wines, unique style, with an average aging in 40 years oak casks. Sublime, elegant and beautiful. Contains sulfites.

Vinha Grande Branco has a bright citrus color. Its aroma reveals good complexity, with white fruits such as pears and melons, stone fruits such as peaches and apricots, light floral notes and discrete wood, very well integrated. In the mouth has a good volume, balanced acidity that gives it good freshness, once again present notes of white fruits as well as the wood very well wrapped. Its end is long and harmonious. Herdade dos Grous White
The grapes selected by hand, after the removal of the respective film, are cooled by a thermal shock of 10 ° C. After fermentation in the cold for 48 hours, the wine ferments for the next three weeks in steel tanks at a temperature of 14 ° C. Color golden green. Exuberant aroma of tropical fruits.
