Manual harvest, transport in 14kg boxes. Grapes are cooled in a cold chamber for 24 hours to 10ºC. Followed by sorting on a sorting table, destemming, pressing and cold static decanting. Fermentation in 500L barrels and aging for nine months. Rich and complex aroma, fruity with light floral notes, well integrated with the smoke from the barrel. In the mouth it is fruity, balanced, with a very present acidity and a long and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.
Costa Boal Undated White
Conceived from a selection of barrels, this is a blend wine of three different years, produced from the Códega do Larinho, Rabigato, Gouveio and Arinto grape varieties. It presents a perfect aromatic symbiosis between ripe citrus, flowers, spices and wood. In the mouth it is velvety, elegant and full, with a persistent, long and dry finish. Limited edition of 1300 bottles. Contains sulfites.

Quinta do Vallado Três Melros White
The grapes, mostly from 20-year-old vines, are harvested by hand and vinified in the open spout system (85% of the wine ferment in a stainless steel vat for about 1 month at a controlled temperature between 14º and 16º C. The rest of the wine ferment in used 500 liter French oak barrels). It presents a foral aroma and very ripe fruit with some citrus notes. Good structure, very mineral and fresh, with balanced and persistent flavor. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Romaneira Reserva White
100% of this wine is fermented in French oak barrels for 20 days at temperatures between 16 and 18 degrees centigrade. It did not undergo malolactic fermentation and selected yeasts are used. 100% of this wine is fermented in French oak barrels, where 25% are new and 75% used. Batonnage is carried out for three months, once a week. This wine is a blend that presents a light golden color. The aroma is intense, fresh, with mineral notes and different fruity and floral notes. In the mouth it is full and very fresh due to its acid balance. It has a long aftertaste with slight notes of wood. Excellent wine for grilled fish and white meats. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes harvested by grape varieties and plots in boxes of 20 kg and placed in the cold at 5-6º C. After being fully destemmed they are crushed. The must was subtly pressed and decanted until it reached the necessary clarity. Fermentation and subsequent full aging in 500 liter barrels, 60% new and 40% used. The lees were removed every month to keep them in suspension. After eight months, the final blend was made and the wine was pasted before being bottled. With a citrus color, the wine is initially very discreet and complex with mineral notes evolving later to some fresh and floral notes, more discreet and elegant. In the mouth it is fresh, with a present acidity and very balanced. Fine, complex and very elegant, it shows an excellent balance between alcohol, fruit and acidity, and a lively, fine and quite long finish. Contains sulfites.
Flor de São José White
With a citrus color, the wine initially shows good floral, citric, light tropical notes evolving later to some mineral notes, more discreet and elegant. In the mouth it is fresh, with a present and balanced acidity. Fine and complex, with a good fruit character, an excellent balance between alcohol, fruit and acidity, and a very fine and long finish. The white grapes that make up this wine come from schist soil vineyards planted at an average altitude of 350 meters, with northeast exposure, between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva. Hand picking vintage. The grapes are slowly pressed, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 16ºC in French oak barrels with battonage. Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels and stainless steel vats with Battonage. Strong traces of minerality and citrus, with a light touch of wood caused by aging in French oak barrels. Pre-destemming and gentle crushing of the grapes. Gentle pressing of both varieties together with static decantation at low temperature for 24 hours. 60% of the fermentation batch in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and stage with gentle stirring of lees for 6 months in stainless steel vats, 40% of the fermentation batch in 500 liter French oak barrels (2nd year) with smooth batonnage. It presents a straw color, aromatically discreet, fresh. The fruit is smooth, citrus notes and the presence of dry notes. In the mouth alive, dry, balanced acidity, good volume and full. Mãos Reserva White
The grapes were carefully selected in the vineyard and in the cellar. Mãos Reserva Branco, fermented and aged at controlled temperatures for 10 months in new French oak barrels. Predominant aroma of peanuts, tea leaves and citrus notes. In the mouth it is dense and buttery. Acidity very present at the end of the tasting. Contains Sulfites.

About 15% of the wine ferment and age for 6 months in a 500L French oak barrel. The barrel aging allowed this wine to stand out from all its most mineral characteristics. Floral in aroma, but in harmony with the barrel, this wine is very complete, with a remarkable volume and structure from the first taste. The citrus notes and the minerality, give freshness to the wine, keeping the aftertaste vibrant and long. Contains sulfites.

Ferradosa Vinhas Velhas White

Intense aroma dominated by exotic fruits like grapefruit, and white fruits like peach. It has an easily perceived acidity, involved in the volume and body of the wine. Clear and bright with a citrus yellow hue and greenish border. Aromatic expressive with emphasis on the ripe white pulp fruit and the floral note. Gentle hints of ripe tropical fruit.
