Reception with immediate destemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats of 18 tons of capacity, with tanning at about 26ºC. Intense and prolonged macerations and partial malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging for 10 months in new and used French oak barrels. The stage begins to obtain a wine of great aromatic elegance, where the aromas of the Douro are not masked by the excess of barrel notes. Very soft and ripe tannins, fresh and aromatic, very elegant, with an unusually long finish. Contains sulfites.
Pio Cesare Barbera d’Alba Red
Originating from the family-owned wineries in Serralunga d'Alba (Ornato and Colombaro), Sinio (Val di Croce), Diano d'Alba and Treiso (Bongiovanni) and since the 2015 harvest from the recently acquired Monforte d'Alba (Mosconi) .Vinificado in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 20-25 days. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months and in small barrels. Barbera grapes from the Barolo and Barbaresco regions give our Barbera Clássico a great structure peculiar, full body, complexity, good character, ripe fruit, spices and a long life. Quinta da Viçosa Red
The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected manually on the table of choice. After crushing, they are trodden in marble presses with the traditional treading on foot. Fermentation ends in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Aging 12 months in new French oak half barrels. Deep violet and dense color. Intense and deep aroma, dominated by spices and very ripe black fruits, where notes of dark chocolate are also present. In the mouth, voluminous, with a well-involved acidity, which together with its retronasal aroma, gives it great elegance and persistence. Contains sulfites.

Selective manual harvest in 40 kg baskets, selection on a selection table, entry into the vat by gravity without the use of pumps. Minimum intervention winemaking. It aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats without contact with barrel and 3 months in bottle. It presents a fragile garnet-ruby color, nose with notes of wet forest, mushroom and spicy, with very soft herbal touches. In the mouth it is very fresh, very structured and of medium texture. Contains sulfites.

This special blend made with the emblematic grape varieties Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah aged 12 months in French oak barrels. The winemaking is classic in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation is controlled up to 26ºC for 9 days. The aging is done in French oak barrels for 6 months. Clear appearance, strong red color with hints of garnet, reveals a deep and elegant aroma of very ripe red fruits, where the notes of plum, blueberry and cherry stand out combined with soft expressions of fine vanilla, spices and dried fruits, married with a light fragrance. balsamic and faint breath of pine forest. In the mouth it shows outstanding complexity, it is round and harmonious, with good structure and balance of well integrated tannins, promising a good aging potential.
