Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature. 12 months in French oak barrels gave rise to this wine. Opaque red, of great aromatic intensity, very concentrated and complex. Aromas of ripe fruit, black plum and blackberry, with floral notes typical of Touriga Nacional. In the mouth it is full-bodied, smooth with fine and elegant tannins. Fruit-filled finish, surprisingly long and persistent. Contains sulfites.

Pêra Velha Grande Reserva Red
After 24 hours of cold maceration, to enrich in aromas, the fermentation took place for 10 days at 24ºc, with “delestage” to facilitate the extraction of color and tannins that contribute to the body and mouth volume. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels. Deep red color, aroma marked by ripe fruits such as black plum, black pepper, spices and cocoa. Confirms the black fruits and cocoa well matched with the elegance of French oak. Full-bodied wine with the presence of soft tannins that gives it volume in the mouth and good acidity makes it very balanced. Very pleasant, full-bodied, elegant and very persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

The passion for wine and the ties to her land - Vidigueira - motivated the creation of the Herdade Grande brand. At age 70, Antonio Lança consolidates 20 years of stories around wine. On March 3, 2016, his wife and three daughters took their birthday to present it with the AML 70. This blend of alicante Bouschet and Touriga Franca, rigorously selected, staged 24 months in French oak barrels. Visually their violet reflections are well highlighted by their deep and concentrated ruby color. In the nose it is full of very mature fruit, with suggestive notes of jelly and compotes of fruits of forest. With good volume in the mouth, good freshness, distinguished by its round and balanced set, with well integrated soft tannins, providing a long finish, where the fruity character reappears in the retro nasal aroma.
