Mouchão Tonel nº3-4 Red
203,39 €
It is probably the most emblematic world expression of the caste Alicante Bouschet in all its fullness and of its great potential of guard. The historic Carapetos Vineyard is the cradle of this complex, rich and intense wine, and from where the small and highly appreciated grapes are harvested. Respecting all the centennial tradition, with vintage hand-made, stepping on the big stone wineries, with fermentation in them, and manual press, this wine is staged in the old barrels nº 3 and 4 of staves of brown and oak, with macacaúba and mahogany for at least three years. After this time this wine rests in the bottle for another two years. This is a rare wine with limited production, only launched in years of harvests with exceptional characteristics. Long-guarded as the Mouchão, Tonel No. 3-4 will be best enjoyed in its splendor 15 to 20 years after harvest, although it may reach its peak well after that date. Contains Sulfites.
