The grapes are de-grained and carefully selected manually at the table of choice. After crushing, they are trodden in marble mills for 4 to 5 days, and then transferred to stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation is finished. It aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Intense garnet color, nose large concentration of black fruits, eucalyptus leaf and some notes of spices from the stage in barrel. Large volume in the mouth with velvety tannins. Contains Sulfites.

Sanitary healthy grapes with good tannins and acidity ratio. Very ripe and elegant tannins without exaggeration of alcoholic maturation. 18 months of aging in used 700 liter barrels. Made from old vines Baga with some Touriga Nacional. Very aromatic, with peppery notes and wild fruits. An elegant floral touch. Lots of flavour, fresh and firm. Very gastronomic. Contains sulfites.

Harvest in the 3rd week of October, in dry and hot weather - 35ºC. Balanced maturing, vintage with two choices. Fermentation in open winemaking with 20% of stink and steps on foot. 22 months of stage in new and used barrels of 400 and 700 liters. Full and opulent, perfumed with spicy notes, clay, red and black fruit, very complex, austere and elegant. Powerful but with velvety texture, very fresh acidity, long, seductive, but always serious and reserved.
