Tapada de Coelheiros Red
The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the cellar where they were destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 26–27°C. After finishing, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. The malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and then it was transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and 36 months in bottle. Powerful nose with notes of black fruit wrapped in spices and tobacco. In the mouth, the intensity of the freshness of Cabernet Sauvignon stands out, followed by the creamy texture of Alicante Bouschet, which leads us to an elegant and persistent finish. Castello D’Alba Superior Red
Reception with immediate destemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats of 18 tons of capacity, with tanning at about 26ºC. Intense and prolonged macerations and partial malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging for 10 months in new and used French oak barrels. The stage begins to obtain a wine of great aromatic elegance, where the aromas of the Douro are not masked by the excess of barrel notes. Very soft and ripe tannins, fresh and aromatic, very elegant, with an unusually long finish. Contains sulfites.
Pio Cesare Barbera d’Alba Red
Originating from the family-owned wineries in Serralunga d'Alba (Ornato and Colombaro), Sinio (Val di Croce), Diano d'Alba and Treiso (Bongiovanni) and since the 2015 harvest from the recently acquired Monforte d'Alba (Mosconi) .Vinificado in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 20-25 days. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months and in small barrels. Barbera grapes from the Barolo and Barbaresco regions give our Barbera Clássico a great structure peculiar, full body, complexity, good character, ripe fruit, spices and a long life. Quinta da Viçosa Red
The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected manually on the table of choice. After crushing, they are trodden in marble presses with the traditional treading on foot. Fermentation ends in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Aging 12 months in new French oak half barrels. Deep violet and dense color. Intense and deep aroma, dominated by spices and very ripe black fruits, where notes of dark chocolate are also present. In the mouth, voluminous, with a well-involved acidity, which together with its retronasal aroma, gives it great elegance and persistence. Contains sulfites.

Genuine Talha wine production. This ancestral production technique is still evident in Vila de Frades today. Full-bodied wine, full of character and with a soft texture. Wine rich in intense aromas and with the presence of a pleasant micro-oxidation from the carving and notes of apricot. It proves to be quite balanced between freshness and robustness.
A Trincadeira Não é Tão Preta Red
Selective manual harvest in 40 kg baskets, selection on a selection table, entry into the vat by gravity without the use of pumps. Minimum intervention winemaking. It aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats without contact with barrel and 3 months in bottle. It presents a fragile garnet-ruby color, nose with notes of wet forest, mushroom and spicy, with very soft herbal touches. In the mouth it is very fresh, very structured and of medium texture. Contains sulfites.
Cabeça de Toiro Grande Reserva Magnum Red
This special blend made with the emblematic grape varieties Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah aged 12 months in French oak barrels. The balanced presence of oak and fruit results in a deep and complex aroma with balsamic and floral nuances. Elegant in the mouth, with very fine tannins, it is in very good shape. Contains Sulfites.
