Produced from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Sousão, harvested in Cabêda (Alijo) Cima Corgo and in Pocinho V.N. Foz Côa, Douro Superior. This Superior red aged in French oak barrels for between 16 and 18 months. It has a lively ruby color and complex aroma, large volume, lively acidity, very well integrated, and finely cut tannins. Its finish is very long, elegant and highly harmonious. Edition of 6000 bottles. Contains sulfites.

Chateau Roubine Cru Classé Premium Magnum Rose
A wine with the colors of the sun and the aromas of Provence (in France), Château Roubine Premium Rosé respects the winemaking tradition of the region, using the most modern winemaking techniques. In this reference, the 6 most emblematic rosé varieties of Provence are used to create a unique blend, resulting in a delicate, very aromatic and elegant wine. On the nose, it is expressive and reveals floral notes (jasmine and rose) and spices (white pepper). It has a delicate palate, with a beautiful aroma, unique to the Côtes de Provence. The black Grenache fulfills its role wonderfully between a broad bouquet (small red fruits) and a mineral finish.
Haton Gran Cru Extra Brut
Aged for at least 6 years, Haton Extra Intense Grand Cru has a golden yellow color with a beautiful shine and abundant mousse when served. The effervescence of this Champagne forms a delicate and persistent chain of fine bubbles. On the nose, it is elegant and fine, with notes of fresh fruit (blackcurrant, peach and apricot) and citrus fruits (grapefruit and orange). Complexity is added by spices and a touch of dried flowers. An “undated” Rosé that combines the freshness of younger vintages with the complexity of aging on lees, which only older vintages can give. It is fine and complex, without ever ceasing to be fresh and simple, as a great Rosé should be. Very light salmon colour. It has a creamy texture on the palate that is balanced with a refreshing acidity.
Chão dos Eremitas Tinta Carvalha Red
100% Tinta Carvalha. Tinta Carvalha is a grape variety from the old Alentejo strain, 1/2 sister to Castelão and Moreto and daughter of the crossing of the Sarigo x Alfrocheiro Preto grape varieties. The grapes, on granite soils and under a certified integrated protection regime, are selected on a sorting table, 30% of the whole bunch and 70% destemmed, falling by gravity into the vat. Spontaneous fermentation and 40-day maceration in film, followed by a 12-month aging in stainless steel vats. Very open, ruby color, intense fresh nose, notes of bitter red fruit, pomegranate notes of graphite. Very fine, elegant tense attack with lots of depth and tension. A red that shows that the Alentejo can be something else.
Chão dos Eremitas Alicante White
A 100% Alicante White, unique in Portugal is an exclusive grape variety in Portugal, it is the only one in the world. This wine tests the potential of one of the ancient varieties of the Alentejo strains with the modernization of viticulture almost disappeared. Night manual harvest, direct press, without sulphites until the end of fermentation, without decanting and spontaneous fermentation in old barrels. Citrine-yellow color, intense nose, notes of grapefruit, peach and gunpowder. Full-bodied attack, excellent unctuousness and persistence.
