Frei João White made with grapes harvested at the ideal time of maturation were gently pressed in a pneumatic press and the must fermented in stainless steel vats at 16ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, battonage was carried out for 2 months. Citrus yellow color, intense aroma of fresh fruits with white pulp, citrus and flowers, complexed with subtle mineral nuances. It is distinguished by its excellent taste freshness and beautiful aroma. Contains sulfites.
Freixenet Elyssia Gran Cuvée Brut White
Straw yellow color, greenish tint. Fine bubbles, a permanent rosary and a small crown. Pleasant aromas of acacia flowers and honey on an elegant background of ripe fruits (pineapple and peach). Smooth entry and honey, aromas of ripe fruits combined with a pleasant acidity. Long and harmonious finish. Contains sulfites.
Carolina DOC Red
Harvest in 25 kg plastic boxes. Fermentation in a mill at a temperature of 25ºC. Malolactic stainless steel and 12 months aging in neutral French oak barrels. With a translucent ruby color, Carolina red presents a balanced acidity, aromas of red fruits, candied cherry, with a slight touch of wood and spice. Contains Sulfites.
Anselmo Mendes Pardusco Red
Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. Very smooth pressing of whole destemmed grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by aging in used 225 liter French oak barrels for 24 months and minimum aging of 12 months in bottle. Open ruby color. Intense aromas of ripe red fruits wrapped in fine aromas of smoke, toast and cedar. On the palate it is dry, with a well-marked acidity. High concentration of red fruits and well balanced jam with mineral flavors such as leather and earth. Ends long, silky and very mineral. Contains Sulfites.
Pó de Poeira White
When we were preparing the land for planting in 2004 we came across 1 ha of land that had a completely different soil from the rest of the farm, deeper, less stony, more fertile and with greater availability of water. This parcel is in a more sheltered area, with fewer hours of sun exposure. It was evident to us that although we were facing letter A land (considered optimally to produce Port wine), we had an opportunity to produce excellent white grapes. Just like in the red we tried to make a personalized wine with an expressive aroma and with a depth and freshness that characterize all our wines. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Vallado DOC White
Floral aroma and very ripe fruit with some notes of melon. Very mineral and fresh, with balanced and persistent flavor with citric notes. The grapes, coming from new vines, were vinified in the open spout system. The fermentation lasted about 1 month with controlled temperature between 14º to 16º C.

Quinta do Portal Late Harvest White
Manual harvest and then transported in boxes. Alcoholic fermentation: Encapsulated yeasts are used in a stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature of 12-14 ° C. The must, after being obtained, fermented and aged in used French oak barrels. This is another Late Harvest made from different varieties in order to obtain something more complete! The muscat variety that aromatically personalizes this wine and the Viosinho that harmonizes with its acidity. These concentrated in the vine by dehydration. Still Malvasia that with some botritis provides complexity and volume. It has a citrus color due to the care with which grapes and must have always been treated, it has exotic and fruity aromas of nectarine and apricot, as well as orange blossom. Very elegant in the mouth and excellent acidity, with enough complexity to leave us shuffled. A very seductive finish. Contain sulfites.
Crasto Superior White
The grapes, coming from the Douro Superior, were transported in 22 kg boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the winery. They were later de-stemmed and pressed. The pressed must was transferred to a stainless steel tank where it was kept at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until it was decanted. Afterwards, the alcoholic fermentation started in a stainless steel tank and later the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where the fermentation ended at a temperature of 14ºC for a period of 45 days. Crasto Superior aged in French oak barrels, where it remained for 6 months, in the process of working fine lees “bâtonnage”, with the barrels resting on a rotating system that allows the lees to be lifted without incorporating oxygen. It has a pale lemon color, has an excellent freshness and minerality on the nose, well integrated with fresh citrus fruit notes. Evolves in the mouth in a captivating way to a wine of great seriousness, with a vibrant acidity and great volume, very fresh and mineral. A wine with a gastronomic profile that ends up seductive and with enormous persistence. Contains sulfites.
Crasto DOC White
The grapes, from previously selected plots, were transported in 22 kg food plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. They were subsequently destemmed and pressed. The pressed wort was transferred to a stainless steel vat where it was kept at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until decanting. Then, alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel vat with controlled temperatures of 14º C for a period of 30 days. Aging 3 months in stainless steel vats. Bright citrus colored wine, with expressive aromas of tropical fruits reminiscent of fresh passion fruit, in perfect harmony with soft floral notes. Starts in the mouth tasting in a captivating way, evolving into a balanced wine, of medium volume and structure, very well integrated with excellent sensations of minerality. A seductive wine that finishes fresh and with a pleasant persistence. Contains Sulfites.
Niepoort Redoma Red
The grapes, with 100% of stems, were deposited in stainless steel presses with automatic crushers, in a process with short maceration. After this phase, the wine started its malolactic fermentation in old wooden barrels, remaining in stage for about 22 months. Redoma Red reflects all the elegance, structure and acidity that only a region with the breadth of the Douro can express. The color is ruby, concentrated and when it is shaken in the glass, violet hints appear. The nose is delicate, with floral notes, of red fruits such as cherry, menthol nuances and a smoke that gives it complexity and character. In the mouth it has volume, it is round and spicy, precise and extremely balanced. It ends long and with an acidity that persists and gives it longevity. Contains sulfites.
Niepoort Redoma Reserva White
The Redoma Reserva White shows a light citrus and crystalline color. The fresh and mineral profile reveals the fantastic terroir where the vines are inserted. Complex and very captivating, it features notes of white fruit as well as white flowers and an orange blossom fragrance. The barrel notes are very well integrated, giving complexity and depth to the aroma, but without regret. In the mouth it is tense, with good volume of glass. The freshness, citric acidity and strong minerality provide lightness and elegance for the structure it presents. Dry and austere, it is a white that will benefit greatly in the basement. The Espumante Demas Lands Malvasia fino is the result of our passion for quality sparkling wines. With an improved production method we were able to create an award winning sparkling wine with a recognized quality. Of clear appearance and with fine and persistent bubble, the vinification of this product occurs in system of "Open spout" with settling and fermentation at low controlled temperatures. The maturation and aging of this sparkling wine takes place according to a slow evolution, with roundness of fruity peaks after 12 months. Complex aromas occur in the later stage of aging. The Malvasia Fina Demas Lands Sparkling is ideal for accompanying seafood, oysters, fish, poultry and white meats. Contain sulfites.

Intense aroma wine with figs, nuts, marmalade and honey. In the mouth reveals a pleasant sweetness and an interesting volume and elegance, ending long and with a balanced and vibrant acidity. The Arinto and Bical grapes were totally destemmed and immediately pressed in a pneumatic press. The tear wort was cooled and decanted at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank with a temperature control of about 16ºC, for 3 weeks. It aged only in stainless steel to preserve all the aromas of fresh fruit. The sparkling process followed the traditional bottle fermentation method, which took place in a cool cellar for nine months. Light straw color, aromas of green apple and tropical fruits. It has a citrus citricity, fine and elegant bubble. In the mouth it has good acidity, it is fresh and crunchy. Contains sulfites.
