Harvest the last week of August. Balanced maturation, with 3-pass harvest. Fermentation at controlled temperature 14ºC. Grapes transported in perforated boxes of 15 kg. Dehydrated grapes followed by skin maceration. Pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. Stage on lees about 4 years. Dégorgement without added sugar - Brut Nature. With Baga and Touriga, it has a beautiful color of onion peel and a very fine, expressive but at the same time delicate aroma, with wild berries. The aromatic delicacy contrasts with the explosive mouth, resulting in a sparkling full of luster and flavor. Contains sulfites.

Balanced maturation, with a harvest of 3 passages. Fermentation with temperature control at 14ºC. Grapes transported in 15 kg perforated boxes. Light pressing with dry ice cooling. Stainless steel fermentation. Stage on lees for about 3 years. Dégorgement without added sugar - Brut Nature. Excellent aromatic presence, with hazelnut notes, and others that resemble toasted bread, baked apple. Unctuous in the mouth, with a very fine bubble, in a set with a very dry profile but very elegant, sophisticated, long, full of flavour. Delicious. Contains sulfites.

Harvest in the fourth week of September, after a phase of lower temperatures and with some precipitation, which allowed a balanced maturation between sugars and acids, with preservation of the fruit. Fermentation and total stage in used barrel of 400 liters during 8 months. Aroma with tropical notes, a lot of freshness and elegance to generate a harmonious juicy and vibrant set. Slightly crisp nuances. Long and persistent ending. Very gastronomic. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. After a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures, the grapes are pressed and the must clarified. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16º C for two to three weeks. Fresh and elegant aroma, where citrus and floral notes stand out, associated with a remarkable minerality. Henriot Brut Souverain White
Straw gold color, bright and clear in appearance. Delicate bubbles, on the nose, the champagne offers a magnificent and vivacious character. The citrus fruit aromas are followed by a cavalcade of floral bouquets, elderberry and vine blossom. Delicious brioche notes and the simplicity of lightly toasted bread and toasted almonds. Well balanced and harmonious in the mouth, invoking brioche flavors along with crisp cherries and the sun-kissed flush of white peach. Henriot Blanc de Blancs White
Pale gold color, bright and crystalline in appearance. Vivid bubbles, a touch of minerality and bold freshness, along with aromas of citrus and tanned white peach. A bouquet of fresh flowers releases notes of honeysuckle and orange blossom, intertwined with linden blossom. Fruit aromas with aromas of lemon and dried apricot lead the wave, followed by notes of pastry and a typical suggestion of fresh butter. Initially lively, generous and powerful on the palate. Freixenet Mini Ice Cuvée Especial Rose
To prepare Freixenet Ice Rose, two noble red varieties, Grenache and Pinot Noir, were used. Grenache brings a spicy and ripe touch of red fruits, while Pinot Noir increases the freshness, acidity and taste of fruits. Chardonnay's touch makes the wine more intense and balances the effect of ice.It has an intense aroma of fruits, raspberries, blackthorn and strawberries. To obtain the structure and preservation potential indispensable to this exceptional Superior Sparkling Wine, only the juices of the whole grape core are used after separation of the first and last extraction. The grapes are left to ferment for the first time, turning the juice into wine base. The permanence in cuba allows the development of the complexity of the aromas and the structure of Sparkling Superior ELPÍDIO. The elegance and delicacy of the aroma suggest soft notes of white flesh fruits, remembering pear and apple, with slight citrus fruit and some toasted. El3mento is born from a partnership between Luís Pedro Cândido da Silva and Carmelo Peña Santana, who since the university had a dream of joining the two heads and making a wine together. After 5 years, and many ideas shared, the first El3mento in the Douro was born, from a centuries-old vineyard 600 meters above sea level in the area of Barcos - Tabuaço. A spontaneous fermentation, with the whole bunch in clay pot, without temperature control and macerated for about 4 months. Comtes Rose has a rich rose colour. The bubbles are extraordinarily delicate and form a wonderfully fine necklace of mousse. The nose is refined, fresh and young, revealing subtle and complex aromas of berries gently combining wild strawberries, morello cherries and blackcurrants. In the background blossoms a hint of fresh almonds and liquorice. The initial fruitiness quickly intensifies on the palate. The mid-palate is rich and structured, with a tannin tartness reminiscent of blackcurrant and red wine poached pears. The generous finish maintains balance and freshness. Still young, but already possessing great class, Comtes de Champagne Rosé Millésimé 2006 has a tannic structure that is becoming rounder and its depth and perfection are still improving. It is a wine for celebration and ceremony and is an ideal accompaniment for fruit desserts such as strawberries, Tarte Tatin or poached pears. Contains sulfites.
Castello D’Alba Biológico White
Aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 3 months. Manual harvest for small 15Kg perforated boxes, whole bunches without destemming, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes. A great effort is made to ensure that all pre-fermentation operations are carried out with the utmost rigor, in order to interfere as little as possible with the intrinsic quality of the grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Great aromatic purity, complex of mineral character, exotic fruits, citrus and white flowers of the field, characteristic of the grape varieties that give rise to it. Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rose
Slight color blush that brings to the elegance of the aroma that characterizes it: soft notes of forest fruits like raspberries and blackberries, and floral nuances of great elegance. In the mouth the crunchy acidity typical of the Dão region stands out and gives it freshness. Wine elegant, complex and engaging, with the fruity notes again appearing in the mouth and extending into a long and harmonious end.

Campolargo Cerceal Bruto White
Pressing of the whole grapes followed by decantation and fermentation in a vat with controlled temperature. Small part fermented in barrel. Followed by the classic method (bottle fermentation) that is never less than one year. Citrus color, very fine aroma in the aroma, with notes of white flowers. Palate in the mouth confirms the finess of the aroma, with slight notes of white fruit. Test final very good structure and freshness. Contains sulfites.
Bojador White
In the cellar, the grapes were selected on the carpet of choice, with total destemming and light crushing of the berry. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at low temperatures, in order to preserve varietal aromas for 23 days. Aged in the bottle for a period of three months. Golden green color, exuberant aroma of tropical fruits and palate rich in fruit and with good freshness. Contains sulfites.
Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve Nebuchadnezzar White
The Brut Réserve is a light, fine and harmonious champagne. Its blend is made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from three different years, sourced from the best sites in the Champagne region. This cuvée, with reflections of straw yellow, stands out by the finesse of its slowly rising bubbles and its persistent and abounding mousse. Maturity touched with floral freshness for this cuvée that breathes aromas of fresh fruit and ripe pears. A full and accurate flavour combined with a fine freshness and a rich bouquet bear witness to the ageing of this cuvée in the House’s traditional cellars.

Manual harvest, during the month of September. At the entrance to the winery, the grapes were rigorously selected. This was followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperatures (15-16º), in order to enhance the fermentative aromas of the varieties. Combined in 300 liter French and Hungarian oak barrels for 6 months. This Reserva displays a very elegant profile. On the nose, citrus aromas stand out, but also notes of apricot and a floral touch. On the palate it has vibrant acidity and structure, with a long, mineral finish. Contains sulfites.

Juvé & Camps Brut Rosé is made from a light maceration of the Pinot Noir grapes, which come from our vineyard on the Espiells estate. This cava features a lovely bright pink color. A large number of small bubbles create a real spectacular effervescence. Its white crown, abundant and lasting, contrasts with its pink background, highlighting its magnificent foam. Its aroma is delicate and intense. In it, you can find clear notes of cherries and strawberries, surrounded by touches of honey, toast and floral memories. It has a very unusual nose in which freshness dominates the wine. It is lush on the palate. The effervescent foam that is released in the tasting is intense and creamy. Made exclusively from the grapes of the Pinot Noir variety, on the property of Espiells. A manual harvest in its best maturity and a small transport of boxes, guarantees the integrity of the curls. Manual loading and gentle grape pressing without de-greasing is a magnificent juice with low color intensity. A controlled fermentation and static fermentation, they transform this must into a very personal base wine. Cava with a beautiful golden color, with faint reddish memories that evoke its noble varietal origin. Its very fine bubbles make it rise in beautiful and abundant rosaries. I have a beautiful and persistent crown. Its aroma is amazing. Notes of white fruits and bones, unusual aromas of cherries, surrounded by a background of honey, toast and citrus fruits. Juvé Y Camps Milesimé Reserve White
Milesimé is a Brut Reserve, made from the free juice of Chardonnay grapes, grown in the vineyards on our estate Espiells. This cava is a beautiful golden color with a superb mousse. The numerous streams formed by its very fine bubbles, rise up regularly to maintain an enduring abundance and crown. The aroma is complex, elegant and intense. Almost immediately evokes the fleshy fruit flavors (peach and melon) and lactic notes. Gradually, its aroma develops, gaining intensity and, above all, complexity. In it you can distinguish notes of honey, grapefruit and toast. It is lush on the palate. Its intense friendly effervescence fills the mouth with a magnificent creaminess.
