Fermentation and total stage in used barrel of 400 liters during 8 months. Aroma with tropical notes, a lot of freshness and elegance to generate a harmonious juicy and vibrant set. Slightly crisp nuances. Long and persistent ending. Very gastronomic. Contains Sulfites.
