Dom Ponciano Grande Reserva Brut Nature White
Alvarinho single-varietal sparkling wine, citrus yellow in color, with fine bubbles and persistent string. It presents a good balance between acidity and alcohol, where the fruity aroma of the Alvarinho grape persists. It should be served between 8ºC and 10ºC, being ideal to accompany roasts, red meat, suckling pig, cheeses and oysters. This superior quality sparkling wine comes from Alvarinho grapes harvested on a small plot, located at an altitude of between 300 and 350 meters, aged close to 20 years, protected from north winds and on granite soils. providing the development of small berries, with a thick skin and slow maturation, in order to preserve all the aromatic complexity of the grape. These grapes are harvested earlier so that the total acidity is higher and its probable level is no more than 11.7%, resulting in a fresh, light sparkling wine, with fine and persistent bubbles. Quinta Seara d’Ordens Clarete Mater Red
Partial destemming, fermentation in foot-treading wine presses, finishing the malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Stage for 8 months in used oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. Open red color, aromas of fresh fruit, floral, red fruits with a slight minty touch. Fruity, fresh and elegant flavor, with slight vegetable nuances that give it freshness.
Giz Curtimenta White
Giz Curtimenta White, a wine that authentically expresses, without masks, the limestone lands from which it comes. Artisanal winemaking in a press, using indigenous Bairrada grape varieties, with skin contact throughout the fermentation process and aging in used barrels for 10 months. Only 1386 bottles produced. Contains sulfites.
Campolargo Pinot Blanc White
Pale yellow color, clear and bright appearance. Light, fresh, elegant and fine aroma. Notes of dried vegetables and white flowers based on discreet hints of exotic and mineral fruit. In the mouth it maintains the delicacy, with sensations of lemonade, slightly sweet fruit and animated by an excellent acid freshness.

Herdade das Servas Rose
After destemming and pressing in a rust-protected pneumatic press, the must that gave rise to this nectar was decanted for 48 hours. The alcoholic fermentation took place in 3rd year French oak barrels, in part, but also in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. It is a clear, pale salmon wine. In the tasting stand out the aromas of raspberry, currant and cherry, and floral notes characteristic of the variety. A fruity, fresh, mineral and dry rosé with an elegant and persistent aftertaste, characteristics that give it a longevity up to a dozen years. Contains Sulfites.
Soito Blanc de Noirs White
Vinification is classic, with the first fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Crystalline appearance, showing a soft and captivating straw yellow color with greenish and sparkling reflections. Features an exquisite fine bubble persistence. It reveals good fineness and aromatic delicacy, with the presence of soft floral notes and white-fleshed fruit, in a unique and well-enhanced cut. It expresses a unique profile, with a crunchy and well-integrated mineral acidity, a delicate, fresh and lively mousse, with a very refined and refined style, with a very persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Campolargo Entre II Santos Rose
Pressing of whole grapes, followed by decantation and fermentation in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperature. Aging on fine lees. Salmon color, very soft aroma on the nose. Very light palate, with the presence of fruit in the distance, everything calling for smoked salmon all around. Excellent finish, acidity that gives it life and shows that it will have good longevity .
Pequenos Rebentos Atlântico Red
Made from 80-year-old vines located in Barcelos, as well as from Ponte de Lima and Melgaço vineyards, the healthiest and most phenolically mature bunches were selected. Mainly made with Cainho Tinto, Pedral and Alvarelhão, the intention was to create a fresh and elegant red wine, also starting from the color. It is not necessarily a “green red”, but a red made in the Vinho Verde Region. An elegant wine from the light color, delicate with some fresh fruit in the aroma and tense in the mouth, with a long finish.
After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes were macerated for 24 hours, as soon as spontaneous fermentation started, they were pressed and finished fermenting in used barrels. He also made the malolactic in barrels with total lees.
Aged for 8 months in used barrels. It was bottled in June 2021 (not strained, not filtered, not stabilized). Contains sulfites.
Insula Chão de Lava AA Rose
Selective manual harvest in 15kg boxes. About 50% results from direct pressing of the whole bunch and decanting after 24 hours. The remaining 50% comes from sangria from gently crushed grapes and subjected to 3 to 6 hours of maceration at low temperatures. The mixture ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. With aromas of ripe red fruits and hints of spice. In the mouth it is fresh, saline, mineral, structured and persistent. Contains sulfites.
GIZ Vinhas Velhas Rose
Lightly pressed grapes with whole bunch. The resulting must was fermented in used barrels, followed by regular batonnage until the date of bottling. Tartaric and protein stabilization achieved naturally during an extended 10-month aging in a barrel. 1440 bottles were produced. Aromas of red, floral fruit. Suggestions of vanilla, brioche and spice add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine. Contains sulfites.
Freixenet Mini Ice Cuvée Especial White
Combining the grapes used to make the classic Black Cord with a touch of Chardonnay for a more intense wine to balance the ice effect. It features fine and elegant bubbles combined with aromas of peach, ripe pear, flowers and a touch of tropical fruits. In the mouth it is creamy and sweet with a long finish.
