After a slight decantation, the must fermented with native yeasts in a 650-liter hull and stainless steel tanks at below 16ºC. The 3B (Baga and Bical from an Atlantic region started by B ...) was born from the desire to create a traditional method, aromatic, refreshing, honest and elegant based on the native grapes of vines that respect the farming tradition of the region. Loureiro, which represents 70% of this wine's blend, contributes its floral notes, while Alvarinho is responsible for the structure of ALLO. By combining the delicate nature of Loureiro with the confidence of Alvarinho, ALLO is a wine that represents the more fun and serious sides of Minho.

Messias Milésime Grand Cuvée Bruto White
Classic base wine vinification with temperature control during alcoholic fermentation. Second fermentation in bottle and stage according to the traditional method. Sparkling wine with a light citrus color, with lead tones, inducing greyish chromatic sensations, resulting from the red grape of the Baga variety, which together with Bical and Chardonnay complete the lot. The aroma is still quite young, highlighting fresh notes of lemon-like citrus fruits, surrounded by delicate nuances of bread dough and light toast. In the mouth it is very smooth and with a silky foam. Finishes long and fresh. Contains sulfites.
Campolargo Bical White
Total destemming followed by fermentation in used French Oak barrels, without temperature control. Stage with batonnage. Soft golden yellow color with greenish hints, presents excellent citrus notes, orange peel, vegetable nuances. Smooth palate, touch of fresh grass, lime and light floral touch. Wine with a good flavor structure, sophisticated and of enormous balance, excellent finish with some length to the fruit. Contains Sulfites.
