The grapes were fully destemmed and immediately pressed. This wine aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels. It has a vivid and crystalline yellowish color. The first aroma we have is well integrated barrel notes. In the wine, we have white stone fruits such as apricots and peaches that are reminiscent of the great Dão wines. Citrus fruits that give some nose freshness to the wine. It has a pleasant breadth and a large mouth volume that accompanies the tasting from the beginning to the end. It is a wine that has some bitterness at the end, characteristic of gastronomic wines that go very well with food. It has a long and persistent finish.

Vicentino Gama Luar Pinot Noir Red
30,32 €
Planted in clayey-schist and sandy loam soils, with low yield potential, Vicentino's varieties show their best attributes. Achieving this balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, makes it possible to obtain a raw material of excellence. Fermentation in 500 liter French oak barrels with 50% stem. Aging for 10 months in the same barrels where it fermented.
