Pinot Noir, planted in the sands of the fresh Atlantic coast, contributes with freshness and elegance, which balances the abundant fruit of Aragonez and Syrah, planted in the clayey soils on limestone in the interior of the region. Vineyards under sustainable viticulture.
Aromas to fruits of red berry, spices and vanilla. Firm and fresh on the palate, juicy with intense fruit, persistent at the end. Contains Sulfites.

Desengace and fermented grapes in a wine press with manual treading. Malolactic fermentation and a prolonged period of 20 months in new barrels (50%) and French oak barrels. Naturally stabilized wine during barrel aging. 3650 bottles were produced. Delicate aromas of ripe red fruit and light floral notes. Mediterranean bush, cedar, wood, mocha, spice and moss add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long finish, the result of the prolonged aging in barrels to which it was submitted. Contains sulfites.
