Taboadella Encruzado White

The Encruzado variety, also known as Salgueirinho, is an endemic variety from Dão. Coming from a land of higher altitude and sheltered like the Taboadella vineyard, in granites metamorphosed for hundreds of thousands of years, this lot shares the care with the cross-grape variety. The delicate farming of cross-grape vines requires increased attention during the growing season. The reward is enormous, the wine is firm and exuberant, the texture is silky, the structure is linear and the depth marked. Aged 50% in new French oak barrels for 8 months and 50% stainless steel vats. It is a wine of the present and the future. Contains sulfites.
