Manual harvest in boxes of 18Kg, where the grape variety is only harvested at the crossroads. The grapes were fully destemmed and immediately pressed. The resulting must was transferred to new 250lt French oak barrels, where it fermented with indigenous yeasts for 6 months. Concreting was not carried out during fermentation, as the wine itself already showed a lot of fat and complexity. Encruzado is a harmonious, precise, complex wine with excellent acidity and a long aftertaste.

Taboadella Encruzado White
The Encruzado variety, also known as Salgueirinho, is an endemic variety from Dão. Coming from a land of higher altitude and sheltered like the Taboadella vineyard, in granites metamorphosed for hundreds of thousands of years, this lot shares the care with the cross-grape variety. The delicate farming of cross-grape vines requires increased attention during the growing season. The reward is enormous, the wine is firm and exuberant, the texture is silky, the structure is linear and the depth marked. Aged 50% in new French oak barrels for 8 months and 50% stainless steel vats. It is a wine of the present and the future. Contains sulfites.
Quinta Dona Sancha Vinha da Avarenta White
Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 14º-16ºC. Duration of 31 days. Aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats and 12 months in bottle. Pale lemon color, complex aroma, with floral notes, orange and honey. In the mouth it is dry, fresh with well-defined acidity, unctuous, long and persistent. Contains sulfites.
Casa de Santar Curtimenta White
Unstemmed grapes and alcoholic fermentation at 20ºC. The wine was fermented with stalks, skins and seeds with excellent phenolic maturation. Minimum aging of 2 months in bottle. Straw yellow color. Intense aroma in tertiary notes with different intensity. Fresh, fruity, complex and with a long persistence. Contains sulfites.
