The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The must undergoes maceration for 12 to 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 10 months and further refined in the bottle. Bright ruby red color, intense and persistent bouquet with notes of wild fruits that combine well with the aromas released by the wood of the barrels. Tasty and full-bodied, it highlights the exceptional persistence of the bouquet. Contains sulfites.

The grapes are harvested into small boxes and received in the property's cellar. Manual sorting is followed by destemming and gentle crushing, after which the grapes are transferred to a pneumatic press where they are pressed at low pressure in order to limit the extraction of color and phenolic compounds. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. After pressing, the wine is transferred to 500L French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for another 10 months. Deep ruby color. Aroma dominated by fruit, ripe cherry and fresh plum, in perfect balance with light toasted notes from aging in wood.
